No perfect label to place on the ache,

And that's okay.

You don't need to understand it to be able to let it go.

Let your body soften,

As if something warm is melting across your skin.

Feel your face relax,

Your jaw unclench,

Let your shoulders drop away from the ears,

And let your belly rise and fall in an easy,

Natural rhythm.

You are safe now,
