Good morning beautiful.

This week we're meditating to the theme of physical healing.

Today's meditation will concentrate on your head,

Shoulders,

And arms.

Using healing to come deep into those places.

This meditation is not meant to replace any medical treatment needed for your body,

But as an additional and complimentary resource to help you in the healing process.

So allow yourself to settle into a position that's most comfortable for you.

And then find your breath.

Letting yourself fall into a soothing rhythm of breathing that relaxes you.

Now soften your forehead.

Release the pressure from your eyes and temples.

Relax your jaw.

Let your tongue fall from the roof of your mouth.

And relax your cheeks.

Breathe in healing.

Breathe out tension.

Let your shoulders drop.

And feel each vertebrae in your upper spine around your neck.

Release and relax.

One by one,

Letting go of the tension in your neck.

Letting go of the pain and opening up to healing.

Now feel your arms go heavy,

Falling deeper into their position.

And release all the stress,

Tension and pain from the top of your arm.

From your elbows.

From your forearms.

From your hands.

And from each finger and thumb.

Relax and release.

Breathe in healing into the spaces that are now open.

Bringing its golden light into these places of pain.

Feeling it soothe you.

Comfort you.

And heal you.

Breathe it in.

Namaste.

Bye!
