Hello and welcome,
I'm so grateful you're joining me here tonight.
Go ahead and nestle into your bed and let your shoulders soften,
Let your jaw loosen and let your belly rise and fall without effort.
Just breathe and let your breath be slow,
Soft and gentle like the tide kissing the shore or like the moonlight dripping through the trees.
Feel your legs become heavy,
Your arms settle deeper and your mind float.
Now imagine that you're standing at the edge of a cliff,
High above a quiet ocean.
The moon is full and its reflection is dancing on the water like liquid silver.
Behind you is the noise of the day,
But ahead,
Only peace.
A narrow path winds gently down the cliffside and as you begin to walk,
Each step takes you further from the noise and deeper into the stillness.
The air is warm,
Salt-kissed and soft.
You can hear the hush of waves welcoming you.
As you walk,
You notice wildflowers blooming along the path,
Soft blues,
Pale pinks and gentle purples that glow beneath the moon.
Their scent is calming,
Sweet and earthy,
Like lavender and memory.
Soon,
The path opens into a hidden cove.
It's sacred somehow,
The kind of place that only appears to those who truly need it.
The sand is cool beneath your feet and smooth as silk.
The water laps in slow rhythm,
Each wave a lullaby,
Each lullaby a blessing.
A glowing pool rests near the rocks,
Fed by a small waterfall that sings a song of release.
The water sparkles with soft bioluminescent light,
Like stars have fallen into it.
You step into the pool and let the warmth surround you.
Feel the water hold you,
As if the earth were saying,
I've got you.
Here,
In this sacred cove,
There is just this,
Just you,
Just this moment.
As you float,
You notice something shimmering above you,
Gentle orbs of light.
They hover and then drift slowly downward.
One settles above your heart and melts in,
Bringing calm.
Another settles above your throat,
And you can feel it unwinding unspoken worries.
A third settles at your forehead,
Bringing soft clarity and spacious peace.
The healing light continues traveling through your body,
Tending to you in the quietest ways,
Mending the tired places and soothing the restless ones.
Now the waterfall slows,
And the stars above blink softly,
And the ocean hums a low,
Loving tone.
Let the soft rhythm of the tide rock you to sleep,
And let the warmth of the pool wrap you in dreams.
Namaste,
Beautiful.
