Slow down, And breathe into the space inside. Slow down, And let the night be your guide. When the rhythms of breathing, Pull you deep within, You’ll feel all the wounds, Where busy-ness had been. Take a deep breath, And trust in time to heal, It’s okay that they’re here, It’s okay to feel. So rest now, sweet one, You’re not broken or undone. You’re perfect as you are, The same energy as the sun.
