Welcome to this meditation for I can,

I am affirmations.

Take some deep breaths and come into your body.

Settle into this moment.

Allow yourself to close off any external distractions or noises.

Let it go and be present with yourself.

I'd like you to place your hand over your heart center and with your other hand put your thumb right in your belly button and allow your palm to just rest just below your belly button and breathe into those spaces.

If it's comfortable for you leave your hands here throughout the meditation.

I'm going to give you affirmations in sets of two.

The first will be your I can and allowing permission to let go or to feel or to accept this idea.

The second is taking the affirmation internally as I am.

I'll pause between them so that you can repeat it to yourself internally,

Quietly,

Externally,

Scream it if you feel it.

Let's begin.

I can be free.

I am free.

I can have love.

I am loved.

I can be at peace.

I am at peace.

I can be present.

I am present.

I can be bold.

I am bold.

I can be beautiful.

I am beautiful.

I can be vibrant.

I am vibrant.

I can be healed.

I am healed.

I can be free.

I am free.

I can be light.

I am light.

I can be well.

I am well.

I can be aware.

I am aware.

I can be powerful.

I am powerful.

Thank your body for everything it gives you every day.

It is your partner.

It is everything you need.

You have everything you need right here within yourself.

Accept it.

Take it and run with it.
