Welcome to this embodying your next level self meditation.
In the next few moments,
We'll take some time together to visualize and step into the next level version of yourself,
Whatever that means to you.
Before we get started,
You can hold in your mind the image of who the next level version of yourself is.
What is it that's waiting for you at this next level?
Is the next level version of you more successful,
Kinder,
More compassionate?
You know this version of yourself better than I do.
So hold that in your mind,
In your heart,
As we get started.
So I invite you to find a comfortable position to sit or lie down where you won't be disturbed.
And if it's comfortable for you,
You can close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to center yourself into your body.
As you take those deep breaths,
Notice if there's any space where you're holding tension or emotion.
And just invite it to relax.
So in this moment,
You can be as present and relaxed as is possible.
As you discover more ways to relax,
Just step into those.
As you realize there's tension in your shoulders or your jaw or in your back,
Just letting it go,
Releasing it and settling deeper and deeper into your seat and into your meditation.
And now I invite you to bring up that goal,
Bring up that state that you want that your next level self has.
How does that feel?
What does that next level version of you?
What does that person do?
Who is that person?
What do they have?
Use your mind's eye to visualize what life is like for this next level version of you.
What does that person see?
What does that person hear?
What does that person feel?
And let that image get as clear as it can be in your mind's eye.
And as you focus on what that person feels what you want to feel as that person,
Let yourself feel it now.
In this moment right here,
You can feel what you want.
If that next level version of you feels joyful,
Let a smile cross your face.
If that next level version of you feels peaceful,
Sigh out your breath and let yourself feel peace just in this moment.
The fears and anxieties and worries of the past or about the future are not here in this moment.
It's just you and your breath and this vision that you hold in your mind.
This vision that you hold in your mind that can be real for you right now.
Notice that there's no separation between that vision and between yourself in this moment.
You are seeing with the eyes of your next level self.
You're hearing with the ears of your next level self.
You're feeling with the hands and with the heart of your next level self right now.
In the peace and the joy and the love of this moment.
You can see that happiness or success or whatever it is you want.
It isn't waiting for you in the future it's here with you now.
So bask in it.
Relax in it.
Let yourself enjoy the space of this moment.
For as long as you'd like.
You can come back to this moment and back to this practice as often as you need and it'll always be here waiting for you.
