Deep Healing Meditation: Let Go Of Anxiety, Fear & Worries

Thank you for being here,

Dear soul.

It's Kenneth here.

I am truly honored,

Privileged,

And grateful for the opportunity to serve and connect with you now,

In this present moment.

I thank you for allowing me to be your guide now.

We live in a time of intense change and transition on so many levels,

Both personally and collectively.

We are up-leveling,

Which means that old negative thought patterns,

Destructive habits and behaviors,

Limiting beliefs and paradigms,

And buried trauma are all peeking its head above water,

Challenging us in so many ways.

Know that you are safe.

It's meant to be like this.

It's all happening for the higher good of every soul involved.

You are ready to let go and move into a higher state of consciousness,

Into a higher state of being now.

That which doesn't serve you anymore,

It's safe to let it go.

It is time now.

Know that no matter what you are going through,

You have the ability to zoom out and see the bigger picture if you wanted to.

You have the resources you need within you to detach and sense the higher perspective of it all.

In these times of change and transition,

We all seek answers.

We seek security.

We seek clarity and safety.

We seek wisdom and guidance.

We seek love and courage.

And most of us seek outside of ourselves,

Expecting to find what we need.

And we may find it for a little while,

Only to find that the outside thing that felt so good for a little while was not sustainable.

You always have free will to consciously choose that higher path.

It's all about willingness.

Some people are not willing to step into their power yet.

The level of willingness to take full responsibility on every level of co-creation is a reflection of how fully that person has embodied his or her essence in their physical body,

Into their physical reality.

You don't need to do anything.

And at the same time,

You can appreciate being aware.

Just being aware means that you can make more intelligent choices,

Combining your intelligence and intuition.

And your choices in every moment moulds your present and future.

Your unconscious mind starts the process of upgrading you from the inside out.

The structure of your consciousness will alter and expand.

Your heart opens and activates.

Your body aligns to your higher mind and to the infinite wisdom of the universe.

And then the probable future timelines and the alternative realities that you create for yourself are deliberately manifested by you,

With your loving heart,

Clarity of mind,

And infinite consciousness.

Because deep inside,

You know,

Don't you,

That you are a divine spark of light manifested in physical form.

And if you don't believe that now,

That's perfectly fine.

You are a beautiful person inside out.

You are good enough,

Dear soul.

You always have been.

And you always will be good enough.

And while creating your life,

You can be detached from things happening a certain way.

And that means that you are living from your heart.

Embracing the energy of abundance over lack.

Live over fear.

There is a flame of freedom burning within your heart now.

Freedom to live,

Speak,

And shine your light.

Declare your freedom now.

Get to your freedom now.

Live your freedom now.

As you can allow yourself to drift more and more into relaxation.

And if you haven't done so already,

You may find that now is a good time to close your eyes and allow the muscles around your eyes to relax inside.

And allow the muscles around your mouth and inside your mouth to relax now.

And I want to ask you to open your mouth just a little bit.

Let your teeth part just a little bit.

And when you do so,

Your whole body will start to loosen up and relax.

And while your conscious mind can be curious about a lot of things,

Your unconscious mind has already begun the process of activating those resources within you that are most important for you in your life at this moment.

And maybe you are curious as to how you will notice that these resources are activated now.

Maybe one day you will suddenly realize it.

Or maybe it will come to you a bit at a time.

Or maybe a combination.

Like gazing at the sky at night time.

Noticing one star.

Then two.

And when your consciousness is focused on seeing stars,

Then more and more stars start to appear.

Or maybe they didn't appear at all because they were always there.

It was just a matter of shifting your perspective and choosing what to focus on.

Where focus goes,

Energy flows.

And you have that ability within you to choose.

You can redirect your energy.

You can take action.

You can set boundaries.

You can take that leap of faith if you wanted to.

Trusting the process now.

And you are doing good.

In your magnificent imagination,

Imagine that you are standing or sitting by the ocean looking out at the beauty,

Wisdom and strength of that water in front of you.

The temperature in the air.

The ocean waves.

The sky.

Imagine inhaling that fresh high vibrational life force into your body.

Holding it in your body for a few moments.

Imagine that you breathe out that life force towards the ocean and the horizon.

And by magic,

The sea becomes completely still.

Completely calm.

Reflecting the heavens on its surface.

In some way that ocean is communicating with you.

Letting you know that you are safe.

That this present moment is very important for you.

Imagine a column of golden light that starts to descend from the heavens down at the ocean surface creating ripples of golden light.

And maybe you feel the powerful and loving radiance of this golden light shining in front of you.

And the golden light invites you to step into it,

Letting you know that you can safely walk towards it.

Because the water will carry you.

As by magic you start to walk on water.

Trusting that you are supported.

Each step creating ripples in the water.

Moving closer to the column of light.

Imagine standing in front of it now.

Reaching your hand inside of it.

And as you do so the golden light travels into your hand,

Arm and right into the core of your heart.

Opening up and activating your heart center now.

Reminding you of all that you are.

Igniting the spark of truth within your heart.

Imagine stepping into the golden light column now.

Feeling weightless now as you start to float up that column.

Up and up that column of light.

And as you are ascending higher and higher the column of golden light transforms into the most beautiful rainbow.

Imagine your unconscious mind and your whole body resonate with the colors.

You unconsciously communicate with colors.

The purest vibration of colors activates specific qualities,

Resources and potential within you now.

Imagine floating in the most beautiful red color.

Breathing in the purest red energy.

Simply shifting and floating in that radiant orange.

Now into the beaming yellow.

Breathing in that yellow sun energy.

Shifting to the purest green.

Breathing in that green color into your heart.

Shifting and floating in the most calming and tranquil blue.

Breathing in the blue color and energy of the heavens.

Naturally transitioning to the purest indigo.

Moving that healing indigo into every cell in your body.

Floating into and melding into a violet flame.

The most radiant and extraordinary violet color you can ever imagine.

Moving around you.

Cleansing you completely as you become one with that violet flame now.

I am going to count from 3 to 1.

When I come to 1,

A column of violet flame will safely take you to another realm.

Another dimension.

To a majestic library where you and all the souls on planet earth spend time to learn,

Grow and expand from life lessons on the physical plane.

It is a place of infinite wisdom and love.

You are in pure energy form.

Just breathe and allow yourself to go with whatever is happening.

No right or wrong.

Your way of doing this is the right way.

Going deeper and deeper into your unconscious mind.

Using your ability to align with higher vibrational dimensions in a safe and natural way.

You float closer and closer into that reality.

Into that dimension.

To traveling through time and space.

Connecting with your soul and your higher self.

Closer and closer now.

One.

You are there now.

Imagine standing in this majestic library.

Imagine your body in pure energy form.

Maybe you notice colors.

The aura of your soul.

Or something else.

Another energy form comes towards you.

It's your spirit guide.

Welcoming you and embracing you with the purest love.

Your spirit guide knew about your arrival and is prepared to be there by your side as always.

Imagine that you start walking along the aisles of books.

Other souls are gathered in groups.

Planning and reviewing their past and current lifetime together in human form.

Integrating the learnings.

Some are planning their future lifetimes.

Choosing what roles they will play out for each other.

Having certain challenges and probable situations between each other.

With the loving intention to learn and grow.

So that every soul involved receives the opportunity to find their way back to their own light.

All are gathered here with one purpose.

Unconditional love.

And as you continue walking through the aisle.

Following your guide.

On one of the bookshelves there is one book that starts to light up.

It's calling on you.

You walk towards it.

And the closer you get the more it lights up.

And it starts to float out of the shelf and towards you.

Landing in your hands.

This book contains all that is you.

Every aspect of your energy from the beginning of your soul's birth.

All by itself the book is opening up.

Even the book starting to scroll through the pages.

Showing you events in your life that needed to happen for you to grow and evolve.

Events that from the human three dimensional perspective are not considered as positive and empowering.

But from soul perspective these events are known as gifts.

The wrapping paper may not be attractive at all.

However when you unwrap the gift and look at it from all angles.

Only then may you realize the full potential and purpose of the gift.

There is a tremendous potential for growth and challenges.

That is why we co-create them.

And the book reveals to you patterns of thoughts and choices that are holding you back.

That you are ready to let go of.

Through the willingness to learn and heal and love.

Now.

The book and your spiritual guide telepathically tell you that it is all about your willingness to see deeper than the surface.

The willingness to love and accept yourself.

The willingness to heal and let go.

The willingness to unwrap the gift in every experience.

And the acceptance of reality as it is.

Only in the acceptance of reality as it is will you unlock the doors to true freedom.

Self-love and acceptance are the keys to freedom.

Expanding to a new and empowered awareness,

A way of perceiving life from an awakened perspective.

Knowing that the purpose is for the highest good of all souls involved,

Individually and collectively,

Integrating an acute awareness of the deeper meaning behind all experiences.

Imagine the book shifting pages,

Showing you the results of you as a result of you shifting and upgrading your soul consciousness,

The level of light that you radiate from now on.

I wonder what positive change you can appreciate and if that change happens now,

Or if your system needs more time to make it a reality in your physical dimension.

You can trust the process,

You can trust your body,

Your subconscious mind and the universe.

And you are doing good.

Shining stronger now,

Shining brighter now,

From the core of your heart,

From the core of every cell in your body.

Imagine that the book slowly starts to close,

Thanking you for making contact,

Telling you that you have now activated a clearer connection to your essence and all the wisdom it contains.

You are always free to reconnect for healing,

Expansion and transformation.

And you do so simply by thinking of this special library and the book itself.

The book floats out of your hands and back into its place.

The tapestry of your life forever changed now.

Imagine now that you and your guides start to walk towards a big opening in the center of the library.

There are many other souls there standing in circle,

Waiting for you,

Smiling at you,

Radiating the purest love.

It's your soul family and your soul tribe.

Your soul family and tribe may consist of family members,

Friends,

Heart friends,

Star brothers and star sisters,

Spiritual guides,

Souls you haven't met yet,

Some you notice more than others,

Some greet you,

While some are more in the background.

You are all gathered here for the same purpose,

To awaken to the truth of who you really are while in your human bodies,

Helping each other,

Fulfilling this purpose now.

Imagine holding hands,

Standing in a circle.

And a sphere of violet fire forms in the center of the circle.

The violet fire is the fire of transmutation,

Love and freedom.

You all circulate love through each other and through the violet fire.

And this process feeds more soul energy to your physical body,

Sending waves of love into your collective consciousness now.

Imagine that you all start to hug one another,

Thanking each other for doing the best you can at the level of conscious awareness you are inhabiting at every moment.

You are all doing the best you can,

Even at times when it doesn't seem so from the outside,

Three-dimensional perspective.

You know that there is a higher perspective,

A reason,

A gift within every challenge.

And you are doing good.

I will count from one to three.

When I come to three,

You will be back fully in your physical body by the sea.

Imagine that you walk into the violet flame,

Drenching yourself in love as the violet flame starts to transport you back into your physical body now.

One,

Your soul energy and consciousness floating into that physical body now.

Two,

All that energy landing in your physical present body now.

Three,

And you are there now by the sea again.

Born anew now.

Allow yourself to feel a sense of gratitude in your heart.

Knowing that you have come so far on your path,

And knowing that the activation of inner wisdom and light within your heart has opened up realities of higher frequencies in your physical dimension.

The expansion of your heart and consciousness reflects in the words you speak,

The thoughts you think,

The feelings you feel,

The choices you make,

And the action you take.

And it's all coming together for the highest good of every soul involved.

I want to ask you now to send a pure and loving intention to the ocean in front of you.

Imagine the sun shining solar prana into the ocean.

And the ocean starts to evaporate,

And your intention travels with the winds,

With the rain pouring down on the forests,

Grass fields,

Mountains,

Oceans,

Lakes and waterfalls of Mother Earth.

I want to ask you now to send a pure and loving intention to the ocean in front of you.

Seeing the pure manifestation of your potential,

Gifts,

And higher purpose as a soul in a human body here on Mother Earth,

And this intention of yours will forever circulate.

In a few moments the music will fade out,

And soon it is time to open your eyes and come back fully into your precious physical body,

Where if you want to sleep or continue to relax,

You are free to do so.

And I want to ask you to breathe a little bit deeper now,

Aligning and grounding yourself in whatever way you choose to show up in your life.

The energy and intention of this transformative journey that you have gone through now will affect you in the most empowering and positive way,

For the highest good of every soul involved.

And I am humbly asking you to put both your hands on your heart now,

And I am doing the same now.
