Hello,

I'd like for you to find a comfortable place to sit or even lie back.

I want you to breathe into your body.

Ground your body into the surface that supports you.

Breathing into the body.

Opening the body to this moment.

And letting go of sensations and feelings.

Softening.

Opening.

Just observing any thoughts as they float and pass on by.

Dissolving the fears,

The sensations.

Feeling a thought arise and fade away into the distance.

Letting go of the thoughts.

Just letting them run themselves out of the way.

Off into the distance.

Vanishing into nothingness.

When a thought arises,

Just let it float.

Just let it arise and be released.

Now I know,

My friend,

That thoughts can create such fear and anxiety.

They can be crippling and devastating.

Fear can be manipulating and controlling.

And at times you lose a sense of self.

The fear can be so overwhelming and toxic.

But you know,

Fear is really an illusion.

It's a way to manipulate.

It creates havoc and a heartache.

And I want you to ask yourself,

Who would you be without this fear?

How would you live without this fear?

How would you feel,

Breathe,

And think if you were fearless?

How would it be?

If you stood in your truth and your self worth.

You know who you are.

You know what you are.

You know you matter.

You're important.

You're worth being seen.

You're worth speaking your truth.

And so think about your life.

Start your current situation that is creating this fear.

And how could you be?

Act,

Behave,

And speak,

Coming from this place of I matter.

Where you are tired of being controlled and manipulated.

Where you could stand in the light and honor you.

Where you could see the illusion of fear.

The games people play.

When you've had enough.

You're stepping out of victimhood into self empowerment.

You're rising above it all.

And I want you to get a sense of your worthiness,

Of your importance.

And in this moment,

I want you to breathe in and remove the cloak of fear.

Watch it vanish.

Hear it drop to the ground.

And you stand in this moment with such confidence.

Such truth.

Feel the relief.
