Welcome to today's meditation for Manipura Chakra.
This is our energy center for feeling a sense of empowerment for motivation,
Discipline,
Self-control and a healthy sense of self-esteem.
So we're activating that inner confidence,
That inner fire that resides at the belly button at your core.
So as we do today's practice,
You can imagine a brilliant,
Warm,
Glowing sun radiating from your belly button,
From inside and behind your belly and breathing gently in through the nostrils,
Noticing the rise of the belly and then exhaling through the nostrils,
Noticing how the belly contracts slightly,
Breathing all the way into the belly,
Expanding the belly with the inhale,
Expanding this warm,
Glowing sun in your belly.
And as you exhale,
The belly contracts and comes in slightly,
Feeling your fire.
And we're gonna do a little bit of breath work to activate and clear any blockages from Manipura Chakra.
So we're gonna take the breath of fire.
If you're not familiar with the breath of fire,
You are welcome to just continue breathing in through the nose and out through the nose,
Feeling that warm glow in your stomach.
Or you can put one hand on your belly and let's practice together.
So taking a deep inhale through the nose and then you're going to exhale,
Short,
Sharp exhale through the nose and the belly contracts in.
So the belly muscles come in as you exhale.
So it will sound like this,
Deep inhale.
So let's practice that short,
Sharp exhale and the passive inhale.
So we're pushing the air out through the nostrils and the belly comes in slightly.
You'll feel your belly contract.
So let's do 30 seconds together,
Inhaling passively through the nose and exhaling with control,
Short,
Sharp exhale out through the nostrils.
Let's do 30 seconds.
10 more seconds.
You've got this,
Short,
Sharp exhale,
Passive inhale and relax,
Deep inhale.
Exhaling out through the mouth.
And just noticing any warmth,
Radiant energy from the belly button,
Feeling that fire,
That warm glow,
Activating Manipura Chakra.
And let's do another 30 seconds together.
So we're inhaling through the nose and a short,
Sharp,
Controlled exhale through the nose.
The belly comes in as you do this passive inhale.
Let's begin.
15 seconds to go.
You can do this.
Short,
Controlled,
Sharp exhales.
Passive inhale,
Five more seconds and relax,
Deep inhale through the nostrils and a cleansing breath out through the mouth.
And then just coming back to a relaxed breath in through the nostrils and out through the nostrils.
And just notice how you feel in your body.
Maybe noticing any warming sensations,
Vibrations,
Tingling,
Activating Manipura Chakra,
Calling in your inner confidence,
Radiance,
Feeling this energy of the sun radiating at your core.
Let's do one more round together,
Releasing any final blockages,
Stuck,
Stagnant energy from Manipura Chakra.
Take a deep inhale through the nose to prepare and a cleansing breath out through the mouth.
And then let's begin.
Inhale.
15 seconds to go.
You've got this.
Going at a pace that feels comfortable for your body.
Stoking that inner fire.
Five more seconds.
And deep inhale through the nostrils and a cleansing breath out through the mouth.
Coming back to a relaxed breath in and out of the nostrils.
Noticing sensations in the body.
Noticing a warm,
Radiant glow from your core.
A feeling of inner confidence returning.
Breathing to pace in through the nose and out through the nose.
Maybe placing both hands,
Palms on top of your head.
Or the top of your belly button.
Feeling the enlivening and awakening of Manipura Chakra.
Noticing your breath.
And taking notice of how you feel in your body.
Perhaps there are sensations there.
Pleasant vibrations.
And an increase in overall energy in the body.
