I Have Saved You A Seat
A silent meditation practice for those that would like to sit in silence but still need some guidance. The practice begins with some centering and moves into silence. The stretch of silent time is about 7 minutes. A great practice to learn how to sit with the distractions that come in and come back to the present moment.
