So close your eyes.
And as you settle down,
I said the intention that with your higher self,
Your consciousness,
We now begin to uncover your capacity.
So take a slow deep breath in now.
And as you exhale,
Relax your full body into your chair,
Your sofa,
Wherever you're sitting,
Allow your body to completely melt into that chair.
Take a slow breath in again.
And as you exhale,
Gently move your neck from left to right,
Releasing any tightness and your strain that is held in there.
Take a slow breath in again.
And as you exhale,
Relax the muscles around your forehead,
Your cheeks,
Your chin.
I will now count you back from 10 to 1.
And as I count you backwards,
I'd like you to imagine that you're walking down a flight of stairs.

8,
Deeper and deeper,
7,
6,
5,
Deeper and deeper,
4,
3,
2,
And 1.
I'd like you to imagine that you are in this very beautiful Disneyland.
And as you walk around all the different areas,
You reach the space that has the most beautiful gigantic Ferris wheel or the giant wheel.
And you notice there's a very long line to get to the tickets.
As you stand in the line to queue up,
To queue up,
You turn around and you notice three different types of people.
Some that from a distance,
They notice the line and they run away.
The line,
The patience for the up leveling scare them so much.
The second type of people are the ones that get into the line.
But as they wait,
They get irritated.
They get impatient.
They get angry,
Some fall out,
And some stay there,
Still being irritated.
And then there's a third set of people that stays in the line,
Notices there's a queue,
But doesn't let it affect them.
Because their mind,
Their focus is on getting onto the ride,
Getting onto the site of seeing everything so beautiful around it.
And then take a moment now to reflect that in different phases of your life,
Which type of person have you been?
Do you run away just seeing the line?
Do you stand in the line and then get impatient and sometimes angry?
Or do you stand in the line and choose to be in the line and withstand the test,
The lessons,
Because you know that at the other end of it,
It is an up leveling experience,
Whichever person it is,
It doesn't matter because now you are in the line and you're ready for your up leveling process.
So you begin to notice the line moving faster,
Tickets being handed out.
And finally,
You get your ticket,
You enter the little cabin on the Ferris wheel.
And as you enter in it,
It slowly moves,
Taking you higher and higher.
You might notice either a feeling of excitement,
A few butterflies in your stomach.
But as the wheel goes higher,
All of that fear begins to numb out.
As you begin to watch the beautiful sights from above,
You may see the sea,
The beaches,
The beautiful skies,
The clouds seemingly closer,
The people below,
The cars below,
The magnificent buildings below.
And then everything that on the ground level was affecting you has no space right now.
The people grumbling besides you,
Behind you,
Around you,
You just can't hear them any longer.
You can't even see them because that is what an up leveling is.
As your cabin begins to go higher and higher,
You reach the highest spot,
The highest spot.
And when you look around you,
A 360 degree view,
You notice that you would not have access to this view if you didn't stand in that queue,
If you didn't choose to up level.
So at this stage,
You turn around and you notice there is a mirror in your cabin.
And as you look at yourself,
Your eyes in the mirror,
You see the reflection of your higher self.
And you ask her,
What is my capacity in this year?
What is it that I can do along with you in this year?
What is the capacity of my soul involvement of my expansion this year?
Listen to the answers of your higher self.
And it's okay if you don't hear it right now,
You will be led to the answers in the next few hours or weeks.
You look again at the mirror and ask your higher self,
What is the capacity of my mind,
My brilliant mind,
My consciousness,
My brain,
My emotions,
My reflexes,
My reactions?
What is the capacity of my mind?
Once again,
Listening,
You don't have to hear it right now,
You will be led into it in the next few hours,
Or days,
Or weeks.
Finally,
Look at your higher self and ask her,
What is the capacity of my body?
What can I learn and teach this body to do?
What can I let go of that doesn't serve this body?
Well,
What is the capacity of my body?
Take a deep breath in now.
And as you exhale,
You notice that the cabin begins to move,
Bringing you back,
Lower down.
But somehow your vision is still at that same high level,
Because your capacity now is anchored there.
And all you need to do is take daily steps,
Small,
Tiny steps daily to reach that state,
Not alone,
But you with your higher self.
As you step out of the cabin of the Ferris wheel,
You begin to walk back in the land in that Disneyland in that amusement park.
And you notice that people notice you differently.
They don't know what it is.
But your vibration,
Your magnetism,
Your energy has completely shifted.
Take a deep breath in now.
And as you exhale,
Begin to bring back that elevated version of you back into your room,
Back onto your chair,
Your bed,
Your sofa,
And back into this moment.
And whenever you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
