Hello and welcome to this guided meditation,

Planting seeds of growth.

Take a moment to find a comfortable place to lie down,

Whether on a yoga mat,

A soft rug,

Or even your bed.

Let your arms rest gently by your sides,

Palms facing up or down,

Whatever feels most natural.

Allow your legs to relax,

Your feet falling slightly open,

And close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth.

Let go of the day so far,

Releasing any tension or expectation.

And as you settle in,

Allow yourself to arrive fully in this moment.

Let go of the weight of the day and feel your body soften into the support of the earth beneath you.

This meditation is about quiet growth,

The kind that happens beneath the surface before anything is seen.

Like seeds resting in the earth during winter,

We also have times of stillness where important transformation takes place.

Today we honor this phase of nourishment,

Grounding,

And trust.

Now feel the ground beneath you,

Steady and unwavering.

Imagine your body sinking into this support,

As if you are becoming one with it.

Bring your awareness to your breath.

Inhale deeply,

As if drawing in warmth from deep within the soil.

And exhale slowly,

Releasing tension,

Making space for rest and renewal.

Relax your jaw,

Your tongue,

Your forehead,

Your shoulders,

Your hands,

Your hips,

And your feet.

Allow yourself to soften,

Knowing that rest is part of growth.

Now imagine yourself in a quiet winter landscape.

The air is crisp,

The earth cool and still.

And beneath the surface,

Something is happening.

Deep within you,

There is a seed,

Holding your intentions,

Your future growth.

This seed does not need to rush.

It is safe where it is,

Gathering strength,

Taking in the quiet nourishment of the season.

With every inhale,

Feel this seed absorbing what it needs.

Moisture,

Warmth,

Stillness.

With each exhale,

Release anything unnecessary.

Old habits,

Tension,

Impatience.

Tiny roots slowly begin to extend downward,

Reaching for stability.

This is where growth begins.

Below the surface,

Unseen but strong.

Trust in this process.

Growth does not always look like movement.

But even in stillness,

Transformation is happening.

Now bring your attention to the center of your body.

The space just below your belly button.

Your foundation.

Imagine warmth gathering there,

Like the deep reserves of energy in the earth.

Sustaining life through winter.

Breathe in this quiet strength.

And breathe out anything that makes you feel unsteady.

You don't need to push or force growth.

Just as the earth knows when to soften and when to open.

Your own process will unfold in its time.

For now,

You are simply gathering what you need.

Slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Feel the weight of your body on the ground.

The steadiness beneath you.

Wiggle your fingers and your toes,

Gently waking up your body.

Take a final deep breath.

Drawing in patience and trust.

Exhale,

Grounding yourself in this quiet phase of growth.

And when you're ready,

Roll onto your right side,

Resting there for a moment.

Slowly come up to a seated position and carry this sense of nourishment and steadiness with you.
