Hello,

Kiri here,

And in this visualization we are taking the time to reflect on this past year and envisioning the life we want this coming year.

So when you are ready,

Let's come into a comfortable position and let's take a moment to connect to your breath,

Feeling the air as you breathe in and feeling the air as you breathe out.

Continuing to connect to your breath and let's bring in a count.

So we'll breathe in for a count of three and breathing out for a count of six.

Continuing to feel that breath and air as it comes in and out and lengthening that exhale as you count out for a count of six.

Two more deep breaths in for three and out for six.

In this calm and relaxed state,

Let's take the time to reflect on this past year.

Connect to any special and beautiful moments from this past year.

Go back and relive some of these special moments now.

What is it that makes these moments so special now?

Reflecting on this past year,

Are there any big lessons?

What do you want to leave behind and what lessons do you want to apply going into this next year?

What would allow you to maximize your year to come?

How is it that you want to feel?

Do you want to feel alive,

Grounded,

Energized?

What emotions come to mind when you picture this year to come?

And what are you most looking forward to?

Remember these feelings.

Remember this vision you have for yourself.

Remember that it is in you and every day is an opportunity for you to live out your dreams.

Once you feel ready,

You can slowly start to come back to the space around you.

You can start to wiggle your hands and toes and maybe come into a little stretch.

And thank you for taking the time to focus on yourself.

Now go out there and bring what you envisioned to life.

Thank you for the focus on the new year, not the one we are leaving behind.
