Kiri has a Master’s in Human Kinetics at the Univeristy of Ottawa with a concentration in Intervention and consultation. She practices as a Mental Performance Consultant. She also has a Master's in Strength and Conditioning at Limerick Institute of Technology. Kiri found meditation as it helped with the concussions she experienced through playing competitive Hockey. Realizing how athletes could benefit from meditations and visualization, she strives to translate powerful spiritual teachings and knowledge to athletes while welcoming non-athletes.
