Close your eyes and take a deep breath,
Through your nose,
To your chest,
To your belly and let it all out.
Feeling the relaxation that starts to become part of your body with each breath.
You can breathe out through your mouth or through your nose,
Whatever feels best for you.
Don't force the rhythm of your breathing.
Just notice it.
How does it feel to be breathing consciously?
How does it feel to hold your awareness to your breath?
You can put one hand in your chest and one in your belly if you want to and just notice how your chest and your belly is moving with each breath.
Bring your awareness to your body.
How do you feel in this very moment?
Is there any area that feels contracted?
If so,
Imagine a white light of relaxation showing up in that part and bringing relaxation and tranquility.
Feel the muscles relaxing and feel a sense of tranquility bit by bit in all of your body through this beautiful light.
