Today is day 5 of the meditation.

It's sunrise meditation.

So as you prepare yourself for this meditation,

Remember to honor your body,

Honor yourself,

To uplift your mindset,

Uplift yourself.

So take a moment to center,

Close your eyes.

Let go of your thoughts.

Move your eyes side to side.

Let go of any tension that you body hold with each breath.

Along with your practice,

Notice your thoughts,

Bring your awareness into your breath and allow your thoughts to come and go.

Clear your mind,

Find comfort,

Settle in and settle down.

Be aware of your body.

Release any tension that your body holds.

Breathe in and let go.

Take your beautiful breath into the base of your spine.

Turn in into the core of your well-being.

With each inhalation you create a beautiful beam of sunrise,

Of sunshine forming in the base of your spine.

Beautiful rays of sunshine in each breath,

Warming your beautiful core.

This beautiful sunshine climbing up along your spine,

Vertebra by vertebra,

Allowing aliveness and vitality,

Lengthening your spine with warmth and vibration,

Widening energetic water.

Take a moment to lift it up with each breath,

Lifting the beautiful bowl of sunshine along your spine.

Lifting your eyes while your eyes close at each breath,

The bowl of sunshine raising all the way up on top of your head,

A gentle light and warmth.

The rain is rejuvenated with light and wisdom,

Rising like the sun,

A burst of happiness and joy,

Empowering your mind,

Embrace your body and get into the space of your mind.
