Surrender,
Trust,
And embrace the journey.
Take a moment to pause,
Breathe,
And align with the present.
Begin by gently closing your eyes,
If that's comfortable for you,
And taking a slow,
Deep breath in for a count of five.
Hold for five.
And exhale slowly for five.
We'll repeat this breath cycle a few times,
Inhaling deeply 1,
2,
3,
4,
5.
Holding 1,
2,
3,
4,
5.
And exhaling 1,
2,
3,
4,
5.
Continue at your own pace,
Your own count.
And one more cycle.
Inhaling deeply for five.
Holding for five.
And exhaling for five.
Feel yourself settling into stillness.
Grounding in the here and now.
This is your time to release resistance,
To let go of control,
And to embrace the unfolding of your journey.
Now bring your attention fully to your breath.
Feel the cool air entering your nostrils as you inhale,
And the warm air leaving as you exhale.
Notice the rise and fall of your chest,
The rhythm of your body in this moment.
If your mind starts to wander,
Gently guide it back to your breath.
No judgment,
No resistance,
Just gentle awareness.
And affirm silently to yourself,
I accept things as they are.
I flow with the present moment.

Feel the peace of being fully here in this moment,
Without needing to fix,
Control,
Or resist.
Now let's invite the idea of creating space in your mind and heart.
Imagine your busy schedule,
Your to-do list,
Your plans.
Picture them written in a planner,
My favorite,
Or a notebook.
Now visualize yourself placing a sticker,
Perhaps a piece of washi tape,
Or even a blank page over some of that space.
And feel the freedom that comes with allowing openness,
With letting go of rigid plans.
And silently affirm to yourself,
I carve out space for ease and flow.

Feel how light and expansive it feels to release the pressure to fill every moment.
Trust that the most meaningful moments will come in their own time.
Now let's embrace the beauty of imperfection.
Think of something in your life where you've been striving for perfection.
An area where you may feel some tension or stress.
Take a deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Release the need for everything to go perfectly.
Quietly affirm to yourself,
Perfection is not required.

Not just the outcome.

Allow yourself to soften and imagine taking an imperfect action.
Writing a messy draft,
Taking a small step toward a goal,
Or letting something be good enough for now.
Breathe deeply and repeat to yourself,

Feel the weight of unrealistic expectations lifting off your shoulders and trust that imperfect action move you forward in the perfect way.
Bring your awareness back to your breath,
Grounding yourself in the present moment.

Feel the calm and clarity you've cultivated in this practice and know that you can return to this state of mindfulness,
Spaciousness and acceptance at any time.

Bringing movement back into your body.
