Welcome.

Today I'm going to be guiding you in a simple meditation that you can use at any time,

But especially when you're in the process of setting goals and having certain plans unfold.

So when you're ready,

Find a comfortable seated position.

Let go of all tension in the body.

And if you haven't already,

Gently close your eyes.

Really start to focus your energy on this present moment and bring all your awareness here.

Take a deep breath in through the nose and exhale out to the mouth.

One more big deep breath in through the nose and exhale out to the mouth.

Repeat these affirmations after me.

I am patient.

I am grateful.

And I am focused.

One more time.

I am patient.

I am grateful.

And I am focused.

Repeat this as many times as you need to.
