Sacred Pool

Okay,

Make yourself comfortable wherever you are.

Sit down,

Make sure your spine is upright.

Take a nice deep breath and gently close your eyes.

And as you close your eyes you become present to where you are.

You become present to your body.

Most importantly you become present to your breath.

So let us all together take three breaths to sink our breathing.

Like a breathing hug to start.

Breathing in deeply,

Deeply into your belly.

And gently exhaling.

Sinking in another deep breath deep into your belly.

And slowly release.

One more deep breath together deep into your belly.

And then gently exhale.

Keep breathing in your own rhythm.

Keep breathing deeply.

Allowing your entire body to be filled with air.

If you like at the end of your inhalation just have a little pause and wait before you exhale to allow that air to be sucked into every little cell in your body.

Now take a moment and remember your intention,

The intention that you brought into this circle.

And hold that in front of your mind's eye.

And imagine that.

Feel our connection.

Tune into us sitting in a circle through time and space.

Feel how our hearts are connecting.

And in our middle you see the intention of peace.

To serve.

And of your inherent power.

And now you place your intention also into the middle of our circle.

As if we are creating this energetic altar right now.

Right here.

And as you sit you become a way up the surface beneath you.

And you tune into your roots,

Those roots that connect you with the earth beneath you.

Tuning in deeper and deeper and deeper and deeper.

Tuning in,

Feeling.

Feeling every single root.

Feeling the trust and stability that you get.

That you are creating by sending your roots out.

By tuning into your roots.

And as you are down here in your roots you just let go of all of your past,

Everything that happened.

This today,

This week,

This here,

This lifetime.

Just letting it all go.

Handing it all over.

Surrendering it to the earth.

And you feel this core root going down,

Going deeper and deeper.

Deeper and deeper through the earth.

Through the different layers of sand,

Of soil,

Crystals,

Minerals,

Sandstone.

Going deeper and deeper through layers of aquifer,

Coal,

Whatever there is.

Maybe salt.

And you go deeper and deeper.

Deeper and deeper.

Until you reach the core of the earth.

When you do connect we all are connecting with the core of the earth.

The center of her heart,

Her womb.

Tuning in,

Feeling.

And you feel your connection,

The connection between your body and the center.

Feel it,

Tune into it,

Experience it.

Or you can even touch it,

Smell it.

And with your awareness you travel back,

Back into your body receiving this beautiful cleansing,

Grounding,

Strengthening energy from the earth.

Nourishing energy.

Feeling how it's flowing into your first energy center.

Into your second,

Your third.

Your heart space.

Your throat.

The place between your eyebrows and all the way up into your crown.

The place just above your head.

And you feel as though a string of light is lifting you up.

And this divine light is shining into you.

Boring into the top of your head.

Just like a warm rain shower.

Melting down,

Flowing down.

Liquid water.

Liquid light.

Pouring into your head.

Into your left and right hemisphere,

In figure eight movements until your brain is fully illuminated.

Your entire face is illuminated.

The center of your brain shines bright.

And it goes deeper and deeper into your throat.

Down into your heart.

Into your solar plexus at the pit of your gut.

And continues to flow deeper into your sacral,

The place behind your navel.

And further down into your root,

To the base of your spine,

Your pelvic area.

And you become aware,

You experience how the light energy of the light is merging with the energy from the earth.

And I'll let you enjoy this for a little bit.

Staying present with it.

Maybe allowing the light to take all of you to do the things you would like to accomplish today this week.

This year,

This lifetime to just melt it away,

Shine it away.

We don't need this right now.

Just be present with those energies of the light and the energies of the earth.

Just imagine how these energies are going into your bones.

Starting at your feet,

Feeling how they are being absorbed into all of those bones in your feet.

Feeling them being absorbed in the bones of your legs.

Your knee,

Your kneecap.

Into your hips,

Up your spine and around your ribcage.

All of those big and even the tiniest muscle,

Bones.

Really making sure that that spine is filled with this beautiful,

Powerful energy.

Up your shoulders,

Down your arms,

Into your fingers.

The spine to the delicate,

Fine-tuned part of your neck and where the head is just balancing on top of the spine.

Such a strong connection.

Feeling the energy flowing down again in circles,

Being absorbed like a sponge in your muscle tissue.

All of those layers of skin and flesh and just feel it in your head.

Your cheeks soaking it all up.

Your brain,

Those ligaments and down your throat.

The skin,

Everything is absorbing this energy.

Down the right arm,

Spiralling down and really into every single finger.

Exhaling it,

Feeling all of those soft parts of your body absorbing it.

Muscle,

Tissue,

Ligaments,

Skin.

With your mind tapping each finger.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Going up into the shoulders again and down the left arm.

Swirling down upper arm,

Elbow,

Lower arm.

To the wrists,

Palms of the hand,

Back of the hand.

And again each finger.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Feeling it in your chest.

Down in your belly area.

Down your legs,

Feel it into your thighs,

Your calves,

Your shin.

Just feel it.

Feel how all the tissue,

All of the ligaments is soaking up this divine energy from the earth in the light.

Like a feather stroke under your feet.

Tapping every single toe.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five and up.

Feel it spiralling up again.

And then on the left hand side make sure that your glutes are soaked up as well.

Sinking in this beautiful energy in your thigh,

Your knee,

Your calf.

Down again.

Feel it in your heel.

All of the fine tendons.

All of the finest muscle that you have in your foot.

And let them to absorb this energy to soften,

To relax your entire body.

Going through your foot and your toes.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four and five.

Sinking up to your torso again and feeling how the alchemy of these two energies are merging or fusing in your organs.

Starting with your reproductive organs,

Your bladder,

Your intestines.

That third layer to the physical part of your body.

Feeling how it's absorbed into your kidneys,

Your liver,

Your lungs,

Your heart.

The organs of your senses.

And from these,

From this focus from within,

You go through your heart.

Fusing on your heart and breathing in to your heart.

Activating this divine center.

Tuning it just like a guitar.

Tuning it to the frequency of love.

Allowing the energy of the earth and of the light to support you in tuning into the energy of love.

Feel like you can place your hand onto your heart to just remind you.

Remind,

Returning your mind to this focus in your heart space.

May your heart be your anchor from now on.

Breathing in and breathing out through your heart.

Breathing in love and breathing out love.

And from here the energy is fusing with the space around you,

Your energetic body.

Allow those finest vibrations of your being to absorb the energy of the earth and the energy of the light again.

You might smell it,

Sense it,

Taste it.

Maybe there is a sense of touch.

Maybe you see it as a color.

Or two or three,

I don't know.

Just experience how these energies are coming into the space around you.

Allowing you to feel so safe,

So connected,

So grounded.

Like a hug from mother earth and father sky,

Enveloped in their divine love.

And your heart opens even more.

And as your heart opens you're entering through the heart portal.

And you feel it.

You see it.

This divine portal.

And you just easily and gently flow through it effortlessly.

Divinely guide it.

You're being picked up.

Flying through this heart portal.

And on the other side the air is even easier to breathe.

Every breath is like a loving warming hug.

Breathe here for a little while.

And as you float you're being guided into the endless space of eternity.

And as you float you're being guided into this beautiful cave on top of a mountain.

And it's shining out,

Pouring love out of this mountain.

And you put your feet down onto the entrance to this cave.

And it's just magnificent.

There might be rainbows,

There might be sparkle.

There is an abundance of unconditional love.

You can smell it,

You can taste it,

You can touch it,

Feel it.

With every step you do there is more and more love going through your being in every cell.

And you're being guided within.

As you enter there is this sacred pool.

You look at it and you just feel,

You just know that this water is divine.

This water is not from this world.

And you're being invited to just gently walk into this pool.

A pool of regeneration,

Rejuvenation.

The softest water you've ever touched.

Perfect temperature.

And once you are fully immersed in this pool you lay down,

You lay your body down and you're floating.

Being held by the water effortlessly.

So your entire body is submerging,

Is sinking into this pool and you remember that you can breathe underwater.

You're so relaxed,

Just laying there.

And with every breath you feel how this sacred pool is infusing your body,

It's nourishing your body through every single pool of your body.

And all you need to do is breathe.

Observe,

You're invited to witness.

To witness this magic.

And you start realising that the colour of the pool is changing as well and its frequency is changing.

You feel a sensation in your root,

The base of your spine and your entire attention is focused on your spine.

Being there watching from that space.

Being present with that energy centre and the water is changing into a dark red.

And all of the water is focused on this energy centre,

Nourishing it,

Feeding it,

Cleansing it and as you breathe you invite more of this nourishing sacred water into your first energy centre.

As if there was a cleaning troop and a feeding troop allowing them to do their work.

Letting them play as if they are preparing this energy centre for a celebration.

Using everything that's no longer needed and just polishing everything else.

And every breath this energy is moving deeper and deeper into the tissue,

Into the cells,

The atom.

Breathing in the quality of red,

Breathing in this grounding energy.

Receiving the information,

Receiving the energy.

Opening up fully and allowing the sacred pool to nourish this energy centre.

Gently realising how the water is changing into a vibrant orange.

Just like that your awareness is lifting a little bit into the place of your sacral,

Your womb space,

Your hara,

Your creative centre.

The same magic now happens here.

Seeing and nourishing this energy centre.

Vibrations of creativity.

Love joy flowing in and around this energy centre.

You might even smell the colour orange.

With your full awareness you are in that energy centre receiving it,

Receiving the new information.

Letting it in.

And the colour changes again into a vibrant yellow.

Can you tune into your solar plexus?

Being magnetically brought there with your intention as you are surrounded by yellow.

You might be able to touch,

To feel this colour as it streams into your solar plexus.

Sensing that energy,

Your willpower.

Your power,

Divine power from within.

Absorbing the deep cleansing and nourishing that is happening in this area of your body in this energy centre within you and all around you.

And it is aligning with those beneath it.

A feeling how more energy is flowing into this energy centre from beneath.

Your focus.

That power from within.

Is there another corner that is just asking for a little bit more of this frequency?

Because everything is satisfied,

The colour of the sacred pool is changing again.

Now into a beautiful green.

With a spark of pink.

Like watermelon.

Green,

Healing green.

Natural green.

Smelling that green,

Touching it,

Feeling it,

Sensing it and witnessing how it's been soaked into your heart space.

Permeating through your skin,

Sucked into this vortex of love in your heart.

Melting,

Surrendering to this liquid love infusion.

Allowing the centre to receive those informations.

And all those sacred pools.

These are new information,

New energies that are streaming into your heart space.

And gently the colours are changing into a beautiful,

The most beautiful topaz blue.

Aquamarine blue.

Sense your personal blue that is surrounding you as your throat is opening up.

That vortex of your voice is opening up.

Nourishes,

Cleanses.

You might hear angels singing.

Or any other sacred sounds in the background.

And there's this frequency of strength in your voice,

In that water that comes that is deeply connected with your heart and all the other energy centres beneath.

There's some magic to the activation that is just happening in your throat.

That allows you,

That gives clarity and trust in your intuition,

In those divine words from above and beneath.

And it is being absorbed on such a deep level.

Allowing up into the place between your eyebrows as the water changes its colour to purple.

Between your eyebrows and in the middle of your brain.

The centre of your first eye,

Of your mind's eye,

Of your spirit's eye.

And wherever you want to see it,

Just feel this indigo purple violet being soaked up.

Beautiful fusion happening here.

And nothing you need to do,

Just witness being aware.

Cleansing nourishing into the deepest cells of your body of this energy center and receiving the information that are contained in the colour purple that are contained in this sacred pool right now that are contained in this frequency.

And also this energy center is connected with the others and you feel that connection right now.

And you float,

The water is changing into a crystal line,

Clear,

White,

Light frequency,

Substance,

Sacred water.

I feel it on top of your head,

Tuning into that divine space.

Allowing this energy center to receive the information,

The nourishment,

The cleansing from this frequency of the sacred pool.

Witnessing it,

Staying present with it.

And this moment,

Being in the moment fully as the colours are changing into your rainbow.

And you absorb all of the rainbow and you feel gently a little bit of something under your body and this is a giant table of rose quartz.

Infusing every cell of your body with this divine unconditional love as you are surrounded by this magical pool in rainbow colours.

Absorb this infusion for a little bit,

Just surrender,

Just let go.

Your favourite places in nature.

Sending it into those places in nature like coal mines that really need it,

Mines of any type.

Sending it into hospitals,

Into governments,

Into supermarkets,

Into the tap water,

Into your fireplace,

Spreading like a fire across the globe.

Sending this divine balancing healing power wherever it is needed,

Into someone's bedroom who is just praying.

And also covering,

Playing children,

Jumping and laughing,

Adults,

Humans,

Animals,

Couple of butterflies in it,

Hummingbirds,

Gonders,

Eagles,

Owls,

Whatever you come up with,

Whatever comes to you.

There might be things,

People,

Plants,

Animals flicking around in front of you and you just share this divine energy with that.

Rolling it out like a rock,

Like a carpet.

Oh.

And now you feel how the soles of your feet and your hands absorbing,

Storing an excess of this energy.

I actually know they are just being connected with that pool.

So you remember that even when you return,

Wherever you go,

You leave this energy and your feet are doing it automatically.

And in your mind's eye you imagine yourself walking,

Walking through your house and you feel how this energy is being soaked into the fabric of the house.

You walk along a street and it's soaked up into the fabric of that street.

You walk through the bush,

Along the beach and again it's being soaked up.

You are now a transmitter of this divine energy and you feel it in your hands and everything you touch,

May it a tree,

Be it a person,

Will receive this divine energy.

Conscious or unconscious,

It's just going to happen.

What did it happen before?

Time bends inside out,

Outside in.

Past lives,

Future lives,

All blending together in this very moment,

Fully present here now,

In the moment,

In the moment.

And you touch your own heart.

And as you do that,

You regain where you started this journey.

When you're sending gratitude,

Your heart is vibrating in this eternal gratitude.

And sending this gratitude,

Experiencing and witnessing it in your body.

Just being aware of it,

It's already there,

There's no need to send it there,

Sometimes all we need to do is close our eyes and lay in that pool and breathe that color,

Breathe it in and surround ourselves with that color as we breathe out.

You're whole,

You're connected,

You are divine.

The universe is always conspiring with you,

Supporting you on your journey.

And whenever you're ready you can place your hands in front of your heart in a Namaste praying position.

Rub them until they are beautifully warm.

And once they are warm you can place them in front of your eyes and from that dark safe and secure place,

Whenever you're ready you can open your eyes.
