Please find a comfortable place to sit.
Close your eyes and take some deep breaths.
Imagine you are bringing up sparkling white light from the core of the earth.
Imagine you are bringing this light up through your feet,
Through your legs,
Through your hips,
Through your stomach,
Through your back,
Through your shoulders,
Through your arms,
Through your head.
Really imagine that this sparkling white light,
This beautiful diamond white light,
Is coming up from the earth through every part of your body,
Filling you with beautiful,
Sparkling white light.
As you are absorbing this beautiful white light,
Mentally or out loud,
Invoke Archangel Meditron by saying his name.
Meditron,
Meditron,
Meditron.
We ask for you to be with us now,
To help us in any way that we need.
Try to make this request sincerely and from your heart,
And you can repeat it as many times as you feel you need to.
It can become almost like a chant.
Meditron,
Meditron,
Meditron.
And as you do this,
Take some deep breaths and imagine that the sparkling white light,
The meditronic energy,
Is becoming even stronger throughout your body,
And you can feel it even more.
And imagine that you are expanding this energy,
You are sending it out into the universe from your body,
As far as it will go,
And even further,
As far as you can imagine,
And a hundred times further.
And again,
Send it out,
This time to everything that's ever existed and ever will exist in the universe.
And just notice how you feel so expanded,
You feel as if you are space.
You feel very safe and very comforted.
And the more you breathe,
The more meditron joins you with his beautiful meditronic energy.
You feel it in your body and all around you,
Like a beautiful,
Comfortable blanket.
Keep breathing and keep enjoying this connection to this powerful archangel.
You notice that this archangel feels very light,
That he is actually made of the highest light.
He is a beautiful light being here to help you,
And he seeks only your highest good.
So as you breathe,
You can relax and trust this energy.
You can let go and allow this energy to be deeply absorbed by your body and your energy field at all levels.
You can relax and allow meditron to help you with any troublesome health issues,
Any difficult situations,
Or any areas of your life that just haven't been working out.
You can confide in him the details as you sit and breathe,
And then imagine the sparkling white light extending to all of these matters and transforming them with unconditional love.
So that every area of your life is filled with beautiful,
Sparkling white light.
Your relationships,
Your career,
Your financial prosperity,
Your physical health,
Your life purpose,
All filled with beautiful,
Transformational,
Sparkling white light.
It is liquid energy,
And it is unconditional love.
Keep breathing,
And imagine your entire body filled with beautiful,
Sparkling light,
Filled with meditronic energy.
And this energy is expanding,
Expanding again,
Out of your body and into every area of your life.
You can even surround your entire family and your family members and your friends if you choose with sparkling white light.
Take some deep breaths,
And now we will work further with your own energy.
So imagine once again that you're bringing up the beautiful white light,
Sparkling light diamonds from the earth.
This time may feel stronger because Metatron is helping you.
So allow Metatron to assist you bringing this light up,
Bring it up through your feet,
And specifically allow this light to encompass your hip area,
Being absorbed completely by your reproductive organs.
These organs can hold a lot of old trauma and pain,
And we are now transforming all of that energy to a higher vibration.
So breathe and imagine the white light circling around your reproductive area.
Take some deep breaths and let go of anything you have been holding onto in this area.
You know you are safe and loved,
And Metatron is holding your hand as you address any energy stuck in there,
And you release it with his help and love.
So once again let that energy swirl around,
Making you feel even safer,
Even more loved,
And even happier.
Now allow the beautiful white light to come up your spinal column,
Starting at the bottom of your body,
The base of your spine,
And coming up your spine all the way up to your head and your neck.
Imagine this high vibration,
Beautiful light of the highest frequency is cleansing your spinal cord and getting rid of any old debris that no longer belongs there.
This will allow you to live a higher vibration life,
A life that you love.
So allow the energy to go up and down your spine,
Beautifully clearing any old energies,
Any stale energies,
And bringing vitality,
Flow,
And love for life.
Keep breathing as this process happens.
It is easy and it is safe.
You are running unconditional love in the form of beautiful metatronic energy up and down your spinal cord.
And now imagine the sparkling white light entering your heart,
Both your physical beating heart and your larger heart chakra,
And see it swirling around in there,
Clearing and beautifying as it goes,
Clearing out the old,
Releasing with ease any old heartbreaks or things that have hurt your heart,
Clearing out old relationships,
Past lovers,
Past friends who might have hurt you.
Just allow the light to circulate and heal.
Take some deep breaths.
This is a very easy,
Painless process.
All you have to do is breathe and allow.
Metatronic energy is clearing your heart area and revitalizing this energy for you.
So you will have fresh new energy instead of stale.
Just focus on this light,
The loving,
Beautiful energy that's circulating around your heart,
Refreshing as it goes.
And you notice that you are now feeling so much gratitude in your heart for Archangel Metatron.

And now we will send metatronic energy.
We will allow it to enter your brain.
