This is Kumbhi.
Welcome to your guided meditation with me today.
The theme for this meditation today is finding the aliveness and presence within your physical body.
If you have been feeling fatigued or lethargic or especially sensitive or hyper aware of your health or if you're currently experiencing any physical ailments,
This practice will serve you.
Let's begin.
Begin by resting in a comfortable position,
Either sitting down or lying down with your spine long,
Your eyes closed,
Your jaw relaxed.
Take in a big inhale through your nose and an exhale out of your mouth,
Allowing the breath to be as relieving as possible as you breathe deeply.
Continue with these deep breaths as you feel your whole body become relaxed and released.
We will systematically move our awareness through every part of our physical form from the top of the head to the tips of the toes.
Then come back to any parts that may be asking you for more attention.
Begin at the very top of your head.
There is an energy center here that is known to be the portal way to your connection to the rest of the universe,
A place of infinite power,
Abundance,
And energy.
Let's begin here and imagine the crown of your head opening up to a white,
Bright,
Healing light,
Drawing this light and energy down into your skull,
Neck,
Down your spine through your body,
Down your legs,
Out through the soles of your feet.
Breathe into the top of your head.
Direct this white healing energy almost like a massage of energy and light around the back of your head and around to the forehead,
Down your nose,
Cheekbones,
Ears,
Jaw,
Mouth,
And chin,
Envisioning each area,
Each space,
Lighting up with energizing light,
Bringing balance,
And feeling.
Now breathing into the back of the neck,
Releasing any tension there,
And down the tops of the shoulders,
Sides of the shoulders,
Arms,
Elbows,
Wrists,
Hands.
Breathe into the palms of your hands,
The thumbs,
The fingers,
The fingertips,
And breathing energy into the chest,
The heart,
The upper back,
Your ribs,
Solar plexus,
The mid spine,
The belly,
And low back,
Sending presence,
Light,
Healing,
Balance to each of these places,
Knowing that where our awareness goes,
Energy flows.
Breathe into your lower belly,
Below your navel,
The sacrum at the back of your hips,
The sides of the hips,
The glutes,
Hamstrings,
And inner thighs,
Bringing energy and awareness into these places that carry so much of our emotional stress and tension.
Feel these places relax,
Release any holding,
Any contracting.
Breathe into the tops of your thighs,
The knees,
Backs of the knees,
Calves,
Shins,
Knees,
Achilles,
Heels and soles of the feet,
Including the arches,
Balls of the foot,
Every toe and toe pad,
Bringing awareness,
Energy,
Light,
Healing,
Relief to all these areas,
With your focus and your intention.
Now scanning your entire body.
Are there any areas that feel especially sensitive or in need of more attention?
Old injuries,
Soreness,
Chronic pain,
And or dullness or numbness?
If so,
Focus there now,
Visualizing white healing light on that area,
A stronger vibration of your own divine power and energy,
Concentrating in these spaces that need it the most.
You are filled with divine energy and light.
Your whole body now glows and vibrates with this presence,
With this aliveness,
With this connection to the source within you and around you.
The source of infinite power,
Healing,
Balance,
Love,
Divinity.
Flowing in you,
Flowing through you,
Flowing to you.
Feel it within you.
Rest and know that it is there,
That you are here,
That you are open,
You are connected,
You are divine,
You are infinite.
Slowly coming back,
Wiggle your fingers and your toes,
Circle your ankles and your wrists.
Take a big inhale into the chest,
Maybe stretch your arms.
And gently blink your eyes open.
