Take a moment just landing in your body getting as comfortable as you can feeling your energy ground into the earth slowly noticing your breath as it freely moves through your body and then sending yourself gratitude for being here for taking this time and feel that gratitude move like a wave through the body helping you to relax and rest just a little heavier into the floor and inviting in stillness for this practice but also listening to your body and your needs if you do need to move you're going to slowly start to deepen the breath breathing gratitude through the nose into the belly feeling the stomach expand and then slowly exhaling out love feeling the air empty from your stomach bringing the belly button towards your spine squeezing it all out before moving into another nice deep inhale breathing gratitude through your lungs into your belly and then slowly exhaling out love again bringing that belly button towards the spine at the bottom of that exhale squeezing all the air out and another nice deep inhale breathing gratitude into every cell of your body and exhaling out love and then planting this gratitude like a seed in your heart placing it with compassion and love may even begin to see this energy glow within you lighting up your heart and we're going to take this seed this light of gratitude and compassion and place it throughout the body simply follow my voice and place this energy within your heart your brow center center of your forehead placing this light on your right temple right cheek right shoulder right chest right upper thigh right ankle right foot feel the whole right side of the body full of light full of this gratitude love and compassion if you cannot feel it just imagine the right side of your body being lit up by this energy and then placing this light energy in your left foot left ankle left upper thigh left side chest left shoulder left cheek left temple and then the mid brain the space between the ears and feel the whole left side of the body full of this love gratitude and compassion and then feel your whole body full of this energy and if you can't feel it imagine it now as you focus or imagine this energy throughout your whole body feel it expand outside of your body expanding into the room into the universe feel this energy pulsing as you inhale you may notice the energy coming into your body and on the exile expanding back out again and as you notice this you're slowly gonna count your breath backwards from 10 inhale 10 exhale 10 inhale 9 exhale 9 inhale 8 exhale 8 continuing this process on your own we're now going to move into pairs of opposites polarizations I'm going to guide you into each one and out of each one reminding yourself that neither side of the coin is bad or good they are simply just feelings emotions sensations you can simply experience them and let them go your emotions have no moral meaning they mean nothing about you to feel them you can feel any emotion and it means nothing about who you are or how worthy you are first feeling yourself in wholeness and then invite in the feeling of heaviness notice the sensations connected to heaviness and then let that go and invite in lightness notice how lightness feels in the body in the head now invite both heaviness and lightness and experiencing both at the same time and then letting that go and coming back into wholeness you noticing that light energy gratitude compassion and we're gonna invite in the feeling of disconnection noticing what disconnection feels like in the body never going to fight in connection letting go of disconnection and instead noticing what connection feels like in the body what are the sensations connected to connection and then we're going to invite both disconnection and connection and at the same time letting that go coming back to wholeness and within yourself you're going to notice this beautiful light sense feel or imagine it this beautiful glowing light this beautiful light represents your higher self your true self or your soul it's been waiting for you it's been wanting to give you a message as you get closer to it you can feel the warmth the calmness move through you and as you rest beside it you sit and listen to the message your true self has been wanting to share with you and after you get the message just simply being with this part of you with your true self resting in this beautiful light energy and slowly coming back to your heart space where you planted a seed of compassion love and gratitude at the beginning of this practice and slowly repeating these three seeds once again compassion love gratitude when you're ready slowly coming back to your breath slowly starting to deepen your inhale bringing me some gentle movement to your fingers and toes and this is the end of our practice
