Hello beautiful soul and welcome to your self-love meditation.

My name is Kylie Skye and I am so blessed to have you here today to allow yourself to provide space and time and prioritize tapping in to self-love.

Now self-love does not mean necessarily buying those fancy things,

Those material items,

But rather what encompasses self-love is going inward and loving yourself for exactly what you have now,

Who you are now,

And where you are currently right now in this present moment.

And today we're really going to tap into that inner sense,

That pure,

That loving sense of self-love to give yourself the pure essence and blissful feeling that comes when you truly love yourself.

So before we get started I recommend you can pause this or just listen to my voice and kind of gather your things.

You can grab some palo santo or some sage like I have here.

I'm gonna go ahead and light it while I'm talking you through this.

You can go ahead and just light your sage and maybe hover the smoke over you.

Grab a block or a pillow or a meditation cushion and just prop your hips up or if you are feeling called you can also lie down and just completely surrender into your mat.

Whatever you are feeling called to do,

Whatever is most a lot in alignment with you and your practice and what you need right now.

Whatever that position is begin to settle down,

Close your eyes,

Tap into your steady rhythm of breath,

Tap into that steady stream of loving energy.

Fully immerse yourself in this moment to allow yourself to fully relax.

Begin to feel your shoulders,

Jaw,

Cheeks and core completely soften.

Tap into the natural rise and fall of your beautiful belly and chest as you inhale.

Lots of love in and oxygen and exhale.

Lots of love and oxygen out.

A mantra that we will come back to throughout this meditation is I am loved and I am loved.

Therefore nothing exists other than pure divine incredible love for myself and those around me.

Know that every breath you take is love cocooning every single cell of your body and you are so worthy of it all.

Breathe in and breathe out from your nose.

Place one hand gently over your heart and one hand over your womb to connect more deeply with yourself in this moment.

If you feel called to lie down now would be a beautiful time to do so.

Take your time getting down there gently or if you're staying seated that is perfect also.

Take a full loving breath into your belly and say I am loved.

Breathe more air into your heart and say I am loved.

Gently exhale out of your nose.

Again inhale into your belly I am loved.

And into your chest I am loved.

Exhale let it all out of your mouth at this time.

Melt into your mats or into the block or pillow beneath you and allow the earth to fully support and hold you.

The energy within you is incredible.

It is the same energy that created this abundantly beautiful world that homes billions of souls.

The fact that this energy is inside of you means that you are capable and have the potential to do whatever your heart desires.

All it takes is unconditional love for yourself.

Breathe into this truth.

Breathe out of your mouth.

Love is and always will be an unstoppable force.

You are always the only one blocking your desires from happening.

No one else.

And it is when we become aware of this that our lives begin shifting in beautiful ways.

Breathe in.

Expand through your heart.

Breathe out slowly.

It is when we decide in challenging moments that we are going to love ourselves more.

That magic flows in in every area of your life.

The more I love myself the better my life becomes.

Breathe these words in.

Receive them.

Believe them.

The more I love myself the better my life becomes.

Down to your core accept.

The more I love myself the better my life becomes.

Continue to repeat this as your body connects to your natural rhythm of breath.

Breathe in.

Believe to receive.

Continue with your breath.

You have accomplished so much in your life.

Be proud of yourself for all of it.

The big and the small achievements.

You are making such a positive impact on this world.

More than you could ever know.

Just being you is enough.

Your good days and your bad days are all a part of your incredible journey of evolvement.

Breathe in.

Fill up your heart with love.

Breathe out.

Send love to everyone and everything around you.

I am here to tell you you are no less worthy of love on your bad days.

In fact this is when more love is needed.

You are beautiful.

You are a warrior.

You are worthy.

You are enough.

You are loved and you are love.

Breathe in.

Fill up your heart.

Breathe out.

Let go.

Place one hand over the other keeping your eyes closed over your heart.

Sit here feeling the natural beat of your heart connect to this space.

And say,

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

Stay here with this feeling of pure love.

How does it feel to hold yourself in this way?

What feelings are arising?

Observe them and let them go.

Release them out into the world and just sit here in this bubble of love cocooning you.

Stay with your breath.

Feel your heart and chest rise.

For three more final breaths,

Think of all the things you love most about yourself.

If this is challenging,

Just focus on how it feels to be loved.

Hold on to this feeling.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

And breathe out.

And so it is.

Bring both palms to touch at heart center.

Curl up both corners of your mouth and bring a smile to your face.
