Welcome back to Meditations of the Medicine Garden.
This one is called Lavender Field Lift and it's gonna be a sanctuary of stillness for you just for a moment in your day.
I want you to begin by boiling the water gently.
Gather your dried lavender in your palm.
Take a breath.
It's fragrant floral and soothing.
Put it in your cup as a as an offering to yourself and pour the water slow watching it turn into a gentle violet hue.
Inhale deeply again and let the scent cradle your thoughts like a warm blanket.
As your tea steeps,
Place your hand on your heart.
Feel it beating.
You're here and you're whole.
And then with each sip of the lavender tea,
Allow calm to bloom in your chest.
Let your breath slow,
Your thoughts quiet,
Your spirit soften.
You are worthy of ease and you are wrapped in peace.
