Welcome everybody.
My name is Laia Bove.
Go ahead and come to a seated position or lie down.
And before you settle into stillness,
Just take a moment to move your body,
Maybe move your shoulders and your neck.
Maybe look side to side.
And whether you find yourself inside or outside.
Notice the colors and the shapes and the textures.
And then once you feel ready,
Slow down the movement.
And maybe you soften your gaze or you close your eyes.
Just take a moment to notice how you arrive.
Whether it's the beginning of your day or the afternoon or toward the evening.
Just give yourself a moment to perhaps recap to the very start of your day.
Maybe you can bring yourself all the way back to the moment that you opened your eyes or woke up.
Maybe there's a ritual that you follow and you followed it today.
Maybe you skipped it.
Maybe you don't have such thing.
You just get up and you go.
Just bring your awareness for a moment to where you've been.
But mostly how you felt.
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
Open your mouth and let go.
Again,
Deep breath in.
Open your mouth and let go.
And whether your mind considers that your day began how it was meant to.
Or perhaps you feel like you should have done this or that.
Could have.
It's okay.
Can you just set that aside for a moment?
Can you set that aside for now?
And let yourself just be as you are.
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
And sigh it out.
And as you notice how you feel in your body,
Perhaps how your mind is moving at this moment.
And how the energy is flowing through you.
And allow yourself to plant a seed of something you would like to explore.
Or tap into.
Or let go of.
Take a deep breath in.
And let it go.
Let your shoulders relax back and down.
Let the crown of your head reach up toward the ceiling just a bit more.
Take a deep inhalation through your nose.
And out through your mouth.
When your eyes are closed,
Start to slowly open them.
And before you make any movement,
Just let yourself be.
Notice how the world can come to you and there's no need for you to interact with it.
Notice how the world can come to you and there's no need for you to interact with anything just yet.
Breathe in.
And breathe out.
If it resonates with you,
Bring your palms together in front of your heart and gently bow your head in gratitude.
Taking a moment of gratitude to yourself,
To your body,
To your mind,
To your practice,
And to a unique and beautiful life.
May you not take a single breath for granted.
