Good morning,
And welcome to this meditation to help you visualize and tap into your highest self,
Or your 10 out of 10,
So that you can move into your day from that place.
If you haven't already,
Go ahead and find a comfortable position for you,
Resting your hands wherever feels good,
And allowing your eyes to gently close.
Start to take slow,
Deep breaths,
Inhaling down into the belly,
And slowly exhaling.
See if you can fill the entire body with air on the inhale,
And allow each exhale to relax the body even more.
Feel as tension releases from the forehead,
The jaw,
The neck and shoulders,
And all the way down to the feet.
Good,
And let your breath fall back into its natural rhythm,
And turn your focus to your breath,
Observing your breath as you breathe in and out of the nose.
Feel the breath as it moves in your body,
And use it as an anchor to your awareness.
As you watch your breath,
Maybe observe any sensations you feel in your body,
Perhaps how your chest rises and falls,
Or tingling in the fingers.
Observe any sensations present in the body.
If you find that your mind has wandered,
That's perfectly natural.
Just acknowledge that it's wandered,
And then let the thoughts go,
And gently bring your focus back to the breath.
Good.
From this place of calm,
Ask yourself,
What would my highest self feel like right now?
What would my day look like if I was embodying my 10 out of 10,
Whatever that scale is for you.
Maybe it's a peacefulness scale,
A confidence scale,
A joyful scale.
You get to decide.
Go ahead and visualize your entire day,
Both how it looks and how you feel moving through your day,
When you are your highest self.
Really see if you can feel into it.
Beautiful.
Now just feel your 10 out of 10.
Notice what that feels like in the body as you just take it in.
Good.
Now ask yourself,
What's one simple way I can support myself in having the day that I desire?
Wonderful.
Now repeat the following phrases after me.
I am grateful for this new day.
Every day is a gift and a new opportunity.
My intention is to show up as my highest self.
I love myself no matter what.
I invite you to extend gratitude to yourself for taking the time to do this practice and show yourself love in this way.
Then taking as much time as you'd like,
Whenever you feel ready,
Slowly and gently open your eyes and I wish you the most amazing day.
