Close your eyes now and take a long breath in.
Let the shoulders fall with a deep exhale and with the next in breath and exhale,
Let the shoulders sit a little bit deeper down.
As you inhale,
Pay attention to the jaw and with the exhale,
Unclench and soften the jaw and face.
Another deep breath and just a bit more softening.
With the next inhale,
Feel the neck muscles.
Exhale and let go.
Long deep breaths releasing the body,
The fingers and the toes,
Softening,
Letting in a little more space.
There is no person that you need to be right now,
Nowhere that you need to go,
Nothing that you need to do,
No responsibilities.
Use these minutes for you,
For letting in space and just being.
Nothing is needed but your attention to releasing and just being in full emptiness.
There is a freedom to just being,
A peace within our mind that is rarely felt in our day-to-day unless we make the choice to stop and give ourselves a moment to just be.
Without expecting anything of ourselves in this moment,
Just being is a gift of joy for ourselves.
Without any fear of the future,
Without the burdens of the past,
It is just seeing the beauty of silence,
The gorgeous stillness of a calm mind,
The bliss that is found in appreciating the love of our authentic self without any doing or achievements needed.
We are enough in this moment.
As we continue to breathe,
We allow the light to come to the surface from deep inside,
A light of love for this moment just as it is.
Nothing needed,
Just as it is for our body,
Just as it is for our beautiful loving heart,
A loving light that sees that everything we do is for the purpose of showing love or desperately striving to receive it back.
Our intentions are always to feel more love.
Breathe deeply and release the breath letting go,
Letting the love spread through the body,
Letting the body open to more spaciousness and receiving.
As we exhale,
Smile softly,
Feeling and receiving our own love and acceptance.
Another deep breath and let the light spread through the body as we release the breath and release the muscles.
On the next breath,
Feel the love not only going through our body,
Warming us,

But also outward and beyond,
Surrounding us with light,

Letting us just be exactly who we are right now,
