Give thanks for presence with the Divine that exists in you.
Your breath is powerful and activates you mind,
Body and spirit.
When you are able to harness the power of your breath with intention,
You'll be able to work with it and transform how you experience life.
Your breath is your life force.
It can support and regulate your nervous system.
Take a moment and think about how you breathe when you feel stressed or anxious,
Upset or worried.
You don't have to pinpoint a specific experience.
You don't even need to linger there.
Just bring it into your awareness and recognize that your breath is likely short and shallow.
And it usually exists in the chest.
But when you cultivate awareness around the quality of your breath,
A breath that is slower,
Deeper and exists in the diaphragm,
You can reset the autonomic nervous system and lovingly guide yourself into a state of calm that is sustainable.
We'll take these next few moments with the breath and tether you to ease.
Ease is where your power exists.
Be comfortable in a way that allows your back to be long and supported.
Your hips are comfortable.
Your joints are comfortable.
The shoulders are relaxed.
The wrists are in a relaxed state.
Your knees are experiencing no discomfort.
Perhaps you can find this state of ease and comfort sitting in a chair or laying down.
Whatever that looks like or feels like for you,
Notice your breath as you begin to settle.
Feel free to soften your gaze and slowly allow yourself to go within.
Be with yourself and allow the breath to support you as you slowly relax your body.
Notice your inhales and exhales.
Allow the breath to bring your tissues,
Your joints,
Ligaments,
Muscles all the way down to the bone.
Allow your breath to help you settle deeper into your body.
As you breathe slow and deep in a way that is comfortable and accessible to you,
Allow this breath to penetrate you at a cellular level.
Within your body,
Within your energetic field,
You are safe to experience ease.
Focus on the ease of a slow,
Deep inhale and exhale.
As you inhale,
Feel your power building from the root of you.
Believe your roots.
Let it be yours.
Maybe it's at the base of the spine.
Maybe your roots are at the soles of your feet.
No matter how you perceive it,
As you inhale,
Allow it to slowly move up your body through the spine or perhaps to the limbs.
Experiment with your breath as you inhale and exhale.
Allow each inhale to move your power,
Your energy up,
Up towards your crown.
As you exhale,
Allow that energy to move back down towards the roots,
Washing over you and nourishing you.
Permeating tissues to ligaments to joints,
Oxygenating the blood,
Nourishing your organs.
Your breath has so much power.
As you breathe and activate,
As you feel your breath moving closer towards the crown,
There's no rush.
Allowing it to go even beyond your head,
As you inhale and exhale,
Allow the breath to take shape.
Allow it to be a color or an energy that moves through you.
Inhale and exhale,
Slow,
Deep and with intention.
As your breath becomes deeper,
Fuller and you feel more comfortable,
More activated,
More alive,
Connected.
On the next inhale,
Let it be your biggest yet.
Once you reach the fullness of that inhale,
Hold it at the top and experience that fullness in your body.
And then exhale out of the mouth.
Let a calm,
Relaxed feeling wash over you,
All the way down,
All the way down.
On the next inhale,
Repeat or just listen.

My breath anchors me in the now.

I am able to transmute with my breath.
Inhale the power of your breath as it anchors you in the now and allows you to transmute all things,
All energy,
All experiences.

Feel the cool air as you inhale,

I allow myself to be bathed and ease with my breath.

Allow your breath and whatever shape or color or energetic representation that it's taken to wash over you,
Cleanse you,
Mind,
Body,
And soul.
Inhale and exhale.
My breath conjures pleasure.
Feel pleasure as you breathe.
Allow pleasure to take shape within your energy field.
Perhaps that allows you to sway a little bit.
Perhaps that allows you to gently caress your skin.
My breath conjures pleasure.
My breath conjures abundance.
Breathe.
Breathe your abundance.
Breathe your abundance.
Your abundance is multisensory.
Your abundance exists all around you.
My breath conjures abundance.

Breathe as you are the miracle.
Allow the miracle of your breath to invite in more miraculous experiences.
