We are the Council of Light and we are here to say once again,
Hello and how do you do?
We have wise words of wisdom to share with you.
We always come to you and we always share with you and we always tell you,
Remind you,
Gift you,
Tune you,
Frequency you to new you.
New you is always present.
New you is always.

At the door,
New You always has an opportunity for more and more and more.
There is so much great vibrational harmony that you bring into your lives every day,
All the time,
And you don't realize that this is so.
You are a vibrational harmonic frequency before you are physical flesh.
When the vibrational harmonic frequency that is you decides it wants to have a life there on that earth plane,
It becomes physical flesh.
And then you forget.
You forget that physical flesh is not you.
Physical flesh is shell you.
It is the coat,
The dressing,
The sweater,
The armor,
The boa.
And so on.
It is not the actual you.
Your true you is vibrational purity.
Think of it as Essen.
Source.
Containment.
Effervescent.
Sparkly bubbly purity.
All of that is true.
And all of that is you.
Your egos and your rationalities and your minds and your timeframes and your networking and your structures and your scheduling bring you away from that.
They are necessary.
You have to-do lists.
You have tasks that fill your days.
You have support from colleagues and family members and friends in your community that take your attention and take your time.
And they fill your mind with rubrics of ego and humanness.
Is appropriate.
But none of it is you.
What is truly you is the vibrational harmonic frequency that radiates from you.
Through you,
Above you,
Below you,
All around you,
All the time.
It is like a beacon.
Like a signal,
A frequency that you cast out like a radio station tower.
And most of the time as humans,
You negate this.
You forget this.
You do not tune into this version of you that is the first you.
And it gets muddied.
Dull,
Sullied,
Frictioned.
Buffered.
Fold.
Disharmonize.
Grungy.
Dislocated.
Splintered.
Unharmonized.
And when we speak to you in these arenas,
We invite you to come back into contact with that vibrational you.
Breathing through your heart.
Is a great place to start.
Some of you might wish to put your hands on your heart.
And just take gentle,
Slow breaths there,
Repeatedly in and out.
Some of you might want to think about golden light coming in through the crown of the head.
Breathing in,
The crown opens,
Exhaling,
The golden light washes down through the body.
Some of you might want to think about sitting lotus position or on the ground crisscross applesauce touching the earth through whatever means you are connected,
Whether it be floorboards.
Or actual ground.
And you might want to think about your vibrational essence coming out of your feet,
Going down into the earth like columns of light.
Breathing out,
You send your columns down.
Breathing in,
You pull up the energy that is you from the earth transmuted into yourself.
There are several different ways that you can go about becoming contacted.
And remembering your vibrational you.
Those are just a few.
Sometimes even just sitting in a room like you're doing now,
Listening to people's words,
In our case,
Light beings' words,
Sharing with you,
Hey,
You're a vibrational being.
Remember that.
Dust yourself off.
Take a deep breath.
Cleanse away,
Clear away,
Wash away the vibrational yuck.
Muck and so on.
That's also harmonizing for you.
Some of you are great meditators and you can visualize and you can see the energy as it transmutes.
Some of you are great auditory listeners and you're hearing us speak these words and you're feeling that it's naturally just taking place for you and your vibrational around you frequency.
Maybe it's around your ears.
Maybe it's around your throat.
Maybe it's around the heart cavity or the waist or the hips.
It can be anywhere for you.
There is a data entry point.
There is an opening.
A soulless connection.
Anywhere.
There is not one that is perfect for every single human being on that earth plane.
All of you have different entry points.
And they can change over time.
When you're a child you're wide open.
When you're an adult,
You're much more skeptical and close.
Most often solar plexus and heart and third eye can be wide open and you can connect with others in your frequency spaces that way.
But for those of you,
Who are extremely gifted,
Very talented at knowing the vibrational pure you,
Knowing that you are living from the heart-centered fifth dimensional space at all times,
Knowing that you are understanding the connection that you share through your loving kindness and through your mental telepathy with those around you,
You experience this new version of you,
This vibrational purity you as you.
All the time as a being of a unit of frequency of clarity of crystal clear purity and truthfulness everywhere you go.
It's very rare because most humans are suffering.
Most humans are in strife.
Most humans don't know how to limit the informational frequencies that are bombarding you every day all the time.
You have work meetings.
You have children to raise.
You have animals to care for.
You have news that you should stop watching.
You have doom scrolling that you should stop.
We invite you now to give yourselves permission to stop being in the slipstreams of negativity.
Yes,
They're salacious.
Yes,
It's entanglement.
Yes,
You feel great because you're not of that yourself.
And you get a little hit,
A little serotonin,
A little,
Oh my God,
This is terrible.
But it's not me.
I'm witnessing it.
And then you slowly get sucked in and pulled in and pulled in and pulled in and more and more and more.
You are qua.
You are drenched.
You are so.

.
With the energy of strife.
Horror,
Traumatization,
Victimization,
And the like.
It's out there.
But do you need to swim in it?
No,
Humans,
You don't.
Because true vibrational essence you is what's happening right here now in this space,
Releasing.
Shedding transmuting there is a transmutation taking place all by itself naturally through you just sitting here listening to what we're saying Do this more for yourselves.
Do this connection to yourselves,
With yourselves,
Through yourselves,
For yourselves.
As often as possible.
Yes,
Multiple times a day.
It doesn't have to be in this curated way where you're sitting formally in an audience and you're listening to somebody else.
It could be two seconds while you're on the commuter train to work.
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
Zip up,
Zip down.
Infuse,
Exhale.
It could be a formal.
Sit down,
Focus.
Session with your mind.
I am breathing out all stress.
I am breathing in my vibrational purity of light that is me.
It could be two minutes before dinner.
Through sitting and blessing your food.
It could be during a meditation in the morning or a yoga practice in the evening or an afternoon walk after lunch.
It doesn't matter when,
It doesn't matter how,
But it can be yours every day as a touchstone.
Most humans don't.
And that's sad.
Because when you were your vibrational purity,
When you were your soul essence,
Before you incarnated on that earth plane,
To be a human,
Having a human existence.
Your mission was not to go there.
And become drenched and soaked and completely obliterated by negativity.
Disgruntlement trauma,
Pain,
Suffering and sorrow.
You didn't sign up for that.
You signed up to go to the earth to be where you are now,
To have a rich,
Full experience with colors and textures and sensations,
Sounds.
The foods you eat.
The clothing you wear.
The music you listen to.
The conversations you have,
The relationships and the quality of them.
The art that you either express to the world or view.
As it is being expressed to the world.
The creative joy.
Creative.
Joy.
Those are the things that your souls wanted.
When you said,
Yep,
I'm going to have another go around,
Let me sign up,
Sign up for a lifetime.
Let me go down there to that earth plane.
Let me live.

70,
80.
Now you're reaching 90s and 100s.
Years or so.
Let me learn some lessons along the way and let my people hold up the mirrors to me so that I can understand and be told and taught and learn from.
Let me move forward on my continuum so that I am that much wiser and that much more whole and that much more vibrationally pure by the end of my life.
So that I can go back into source and say,
Wow,
That was a great ride.
I had a lot of fun.
Let me sign up and do it again.
But you forget that that's what you wanted.
And you get stymied by this extracurricular stimuli all around yourselves.
Stop looking.
Stop watching.
Stop talking when it makes you feel not good.
It is your sovereign right to always be in a state of harmony and positivity and bliss.
Sure,
You're a human.
You have dips.
Life is not linear.
It goes up and down and all around,
And left turns and right turns come.
Within those experiences of the up and down and all around and right and left turn,
You can have an anchor of heart-centered frequency.
You can have an anchor of solar plexus authentic power.
You can have an anchor of fifth dimensional connectivity,
Knowing that you are in a sacred slipstream space,
Vibrating as a being.
In the shell of a human.
You can have all three.
A trifecta.
When you're able to amalgamate.
Transmute.
Alchemize.
The intensity of non-you around you.
And you can stay in your true you frequency.
You've arrived at a great place of wisdom.
You don't need to be a yogi mystic in the Himalayas.
You don't need to be somebody in an ashram.
You don't need to be a priest or a nun praying hours every day.
Sure,
You can be if you want to.
But most of you.

Our regular old youths.
With families and careers and responsibilities.
Communities to engage in and routines to take part in every day.
And so we invite you to remember who you really are.
You are not your name.
You are not your job.
You are not the volunteer work you do.
You are not the house you curated.
You are none of those things.
You are a frequency of light.
You are a frequency of purity.
By birthright.
You always were and you always will be.
So strip off the mental mass.
Invite yourself into a space of remembering.
In this place now,
While you're remembering,
Feel the frequency as it's tingling in you,
Bubbling,
Sparkling,
Coming through you.
That is pure you.
You feel it.
Sometimes when we're speaking to you,
We go into your motherboards,
As we call it,
Of your energy fields,
And we pull and we prod and we poke and we transfer and we take out and we put in and we dabble and we mix around.
But today we're not doing that.
Today,
We want you to be sovereign in your own energetic station,
Doing this on your own.
The vibration of you is so clear,
So pure.
All you need to do is buff,
Buff,
Buff,
And scrub,
Scrub,
Scrub,
Then polish,
Polish,
Polish,
And shine,
Shine,
Shine.
Through these exercises,
Through these systems that we've been talking about in today's message.
The more regularly you do this with your frequencies,
Guess what?
The more it is you shining first and foremost and front facing to the world around you.
You have to practice.
It is like a muscle that you exercise.
You eat well.
You exercise well.
You brush your teeth and maintain your dental hygiene well.
You go to the doctor for checkups yearly well.
Do this well as well.
Your spiritual hygiene.
Your sacred slipstream.
The alchemy of you as a vibrational pure being.
Is the most connected to yourself you could ever wish to become.
Because you were connected to this when you were stripped of your soul shell.
Called the human body.
Before you came into this lifetime and you're going to go back to it after this lifetime is over.
And don't you want to go back to that vibrational purity soul space after this lifetime and turn around and look at it and say,
Yeah,
I had a really great run for those 85,
95 years.
Look at everything I tried.
Look at all the things I accomplished.
On my to-do list,
Not to have accolades and stars upon the lapels,
But because you want to have a rich,
Fulfilling experience called life.
And don't you want to do that for your own internal self,
Your own compass,
Not to showboat to those around you?
Not.
To showboat.
But for your internalness.
What is the point?
What is the existence of you?
To learn,
To grow,
To move on your continuums of life,
To have experiences that are mostly.

Strife,
Positivity,
Strife,
Positivity,
Strife,
Positivity.
Some neutrality,
Some neutrality,
Some neutrality.
But you learn when there is opposition.
It's like yin yang.
So don't add more friction and fray to that,
The already existing lesson curves of your lives.
By saturating yourselves in sound current that is negative or harmful or hurtful or damaging and viewing.
So many of you scroll in your lives aimlessly.
And you realize,
Oh,
An hour has gone by.
Two hours has gone by.
Three hours has gone by.
Wow,
The evening went by and I'm still sitting at the kitchen table and I didn't take off my jacket.
I just mindlessly ate my food,
Turned on the numbing phone,
Scrolled,
Scrolled,
Scrolled,
And now it's bedtime.
Where did the time go?
Don't waste your life like that,
Humans.
Your vibrational purity is precious.
Spend your lives curating very.

Specific.
Experiences of joy.
Learning,
Growing,
Harmonizing.
Read.
Take up a hobby.
Learn something new.
Connect with different kinds of people with different kinds of views.
Be open.
Share.
Be vulnerable.
Witness.
Contribute help when you can.
Move forward on your learning continuums when you have strife.
Acknowledge it when you have hardship acknowledge it and then look for the lesson what is this teaching me?
Why is this appearing in my life at this time?
How can I day connected to my pure vibrational slipstream during this strife.
Humans,
When you master that,
You are the 18 of spiritual centeredness.
You don't need to follow the gurus anymore when you do that.
You don't need to have the healing sessions when you do that.
Although.
.
.
It is kind of nice,
Once you've mastered this quality that we're talking about,
To sometimes just let someone else hold the space for you.
And so you shouldn't stop going to your gurus.
You shouldn't stop going to your healers.
Once you're in a space of being your own guru and being your own healer for your own self,
It's okay sometimes to say,
Hey,
I just want to relax.
Could you help?
Can that come and sit in your energy?
Can I come and rest under your healing hands?
Don't you want to have that kind of life,
Humans,
Where you're that kind of vibrational frequency vibrating at a positive light space?
Source all the time.
Don't you want to leave this world knowing you tried your best and you move forward as fast as far as.
Articulately clearly as possible.
Not one of you,
Before you came into being human,
Said,
I'm just going to go to that experience of a lifetime and sit around and do nothing.
That's not what you're here for.
You're here to grow.
You're here too.
Acclimatize.
Alchemize transmute Harmonize.
Love.
Love.
Love.
Humans.
Be in that heart-centered resonance.
Be in that frequency of abundance.
Be in that space of open heartedness.
Be in that place of unconditional pouring.
Never ending.
Like an eternal fountain.
Be in it.
Swim in it,
Bathe in it,
Bask in it,
Breathe in it,
Soak in it,
Marinate in it.
Because when you do,
It is the vibration of you.
And then as you're walking through your world,
As you're connecting with your colleagues,
As you're making relationship gains with family.
You're subtly off-gassing that to everyone around you.
And what happens?
It magnetizes and they pick it up and they pick it up and they pick it up and they pick it up and it goes in and it starts to take hold it starts to take root it starts to transmute And you become alchemized souls on that earth plane walking around in vibrations that are more clear.
More effervescent,
More sparkly,
More pure,
More true you.
Don't you want that?
Magnetize.
Do not compartmentalize.
Your lives are not either or.
Your lives are expansive.
They are both and.
Lean into the openness of all positive possibilities.
Lean into the joy and the excitement and the wonder of,
What if I.

When you live from that space of thank you so much to my life for everything that comes across my plate,
The good,
The bad,
The ugly,
I get to learn,

And then you have a life well lived.
You have a life full of joy.

It's not without its strife,
We know that.
You have to have strife so that you can have an opposition so you can learn.
If all you had was positivity,
You wouldn't know how to grow.
But there is so much strife that you attach yourselves to that you forget.
And then we come and we remind you.
And we've been doing it through the voice box of this woman here for all these years.
Humans.
You are remarkable.
Your fountains.
Of effervescence.
You are beautiful slipstreams of joy and coherence.
The rubriced,
Technical,
3D,
Ego,
You.
Is subtly and slowly being harmonized,
Alchemized,
Upleveled,
Replaced,
Chased out,
Moved to the side by your bubbly effervescent frequency of light cells.
The coherence.
From that fifth dimension and beyond.
That is taking hold.
Across all space and time continuums.
You are in the active stage.
Of morphing a species.
You can't see it on a day-to-day basis because you get up,
You have your coffee,
You go to work,
You come home,
You walk the dog,
You give the kids dinner.
You go to bed.
But it's happening.
Lean in.
With positivity and with clarity and with consciousness.
Don't go through your lives blindly on autopilot.
It serves you no justice.
Be brave.
Listen to your yeses.
Take the risk.
The rewards are so tremendous.

Gravitate towards what lights you up.
Act upon what you know in your soul heart to be true.
You will never lead yourselves astray as you listen to that as your compass.
There is always positivity waiting for you around each bend.

Expanding your heart coherence,
