Good morning,

Friend.

This is Laura from My Aligned Life,

And this is your space to begin again.

This meditation is meant to help you reset.

Use it every morning for the next three to five days,

Or return to it once a week to begin your next cycle feeling clear,

Present,

And fully in your own rhythm.

So let's begin.

Start by noticing your breath.

No need to change it,

Just greet it.

This is where you begin.

If it feels good,

Gently rock your shoulders side to side.

Let your head tilt slightly from one side to the other.

Maybe you move your jaw in small circles.

Loosening your hands,

Circling your wrists.

You could wiggle your fingers,

Soften the back of your knees.

Tell your body,

I'm here,

I'm listening,

I'm safe.

Now inhale slowly through the nose,

And exhale out of the mouth.

Continue like this,

Like waves pulling back from the shore.

Feel the bed or the chair or the ground beneath you.

Notice the weight of your body being held.

Let your forehead soften,

Your jaw to relax.

Let your shoulders drop.

Let your chest breathe easy.

You've been holding it all together,

But this morning,

You don't have to.

Now take gentle inventory of what you're holding on to.

Not to judge,

Just to witness.

The pressure,

The mental noise,

The rules you slipped into that don't quite fit anymore.

You've been doing what you've had to,

But you don't need to bring all of that into today.

See it,

Let it go.

Like smoke rising from a fire that no longer needs to burn.

Let today be new.

You get to decide how you enter this day,

What energy you carry,

What parts of you get to lead.

Repeat softly in your mind,

I begin from within.

I choose clarity over chaos.

My energy is mine to direct.

Begin from within.

Now imagine yourself standing at the edge of a quiet path.

It winds gently forward,

Soft and steady.

It's quiet.

It's familiar.

This is the path of your soul-led energy,

Of trusting yourself enough to go slow,

To move with intention,

To respond instead of react.

As you take your first steps on this path,

You feel the rhythm of the earth beneath you.

Slow,

Wise,

Undeniable.

With every step,

You shed urgency,

You walk with trust,

You carry only what's real.

Now repeat gently in your mind.

My energy is sovereign.

My pace is sacred.

This day bends towards my clarity.

Allow those words to settle.

Let them imprint on your nervous system.

Let your body,

Your mind,

Your soul believe them to be true.

Begin to return to the space around you.

Wiggle your fingers.

Take one deep breath in and a full exhale.

Remember,

Friends,

You are not behind.

You are not late.

You are exactly where you're meant to be.

Today does not have to carry yesterday's weight.

Let yourself rise differently.

Remember that you can use this meditation each morning for a few days when you need a nervous system reset or returning weekly to begin again with presence and purpose.
