Spend the next four minutes of your time to turn inwards and ask yourself, "How do I feel right now?" Just this one simple question can change your emotions to your whole mood and day. Find gratitude in the small things like hanging up the washing and other tasks that can sometimes feel like a burden.

Allow yourself some time to feel.

Ask yourself,

How do I feel in this present moment right now?

Does an emotion come to mind or feeling?

Feeling of recognition?

Too often we go from day to day,

Doing our best,

But not able to feel.

You might be hanging up the washing in autopilot.

But take a moment next time you do this and appreciate the moment,

The knowledge and the gratitude you have for actually owning these clothes.

Rather than finding a negative in the moment of the washing never runs out.

Be grateful that you have the money to wash your clothes,

To hang them up on something clean and dry.

I'm sure you can think of many things like this to be grateful for.

Right now though,

As you sit or lie here,

What made you play this meditation?

Are you feeling down?

Maybe you're feeling happy and joyous.

Maybe you just haven't checked in with yourself today.

I welcome you to ask yourself this question often,

If not daily.

How do I feel right now?

Physically?

Emotionally?

And energetically?

Combining all of those three areas.

How do you feel right now?

I encourage you to let your emotions express outwards.

There's no need to hold it in any longer.

If you want to cry,

Please cry.

If you want to be angry,

Perhaps you can shout out loud.

If you just want some comfort,

Know that I love you,

As do many others.

I am grateful for all that I have,

And I continue to be grateful every day.

Namaste.
