A warm welcome to a deep grounding meditation.
Find yourself a comfortable sitting position and close your eyes.
Become aware of your body.
And become aware of your breath.
And imagine that with every inhale you take in fresh energy.
And with every exhale you can let go of images and thoughts still revolving around in your head.
Now take a moment to feel the palms of your hands and your foot soles at the same time.
Just subtly feel the energy exchange with the outside.
Now focus on your breath again.
And take a deep relaxing inhale.
And just observe how the breath touches you from the inside.
And how it slowly journeys downwards inside of you.
Through your head.
Down your throat into your chest.
And let the breath slowly journey further downwards into your belly.
In a journey of awareness.
Your breath can slowly travel to your bottom and the cheeks you're sitting on.
Let it travel a bit further down your legs.
And to your feet and your foot soles.
Now take a moment to raise your awareness for this.
And your foot soles touching the surface of the ground.
Feel the surface and how it interacts with your foot soles.
Just truly become aware of the contact you're making with the earth.
And you can allow yourself to open up to the earth and its energies.
Now imagine that little energetic roots travel from your foot soles deep into the surface of the earth.
And your roots are slowly exploring the energy of the earth fields.
Curiously venturing deeper into the earth.
Become aware of the qualities the earth is offering you.
Take a moment to enjoy the firmness.
And an embracing quality as well.
And let it travel a bit further down your legs.
And while your roots grow deeper you can notice a sense of warmness and security and acceptance.
And now your feet are and venturing even deeper,
You reach the core of the earth and you can feel its quality the quality of life itself and now you can let all those qualities slowly travel upwards your roots into your body you can imagine it like a golden light reaching up your roots into your body and let the golden light slowly fill up your whole body take a moment to consciously feel the firmness the embracing warmth the sense of safety and being held and the quality of life itself now with the next few breaths you can slowly pull your roots back into your body just consciously breathe them back into your body now put your awareness towards your hands and you can lift them towards the middle of your chest and rub them until they are warm then open your hands towards the room to share your energy with the field of this room without giving away anything you're sharing lies and you're showing yourself let your light shine and now you can slowly move your hands towards your chest and hold your heart for a little while feeling yourself and your energy and then you can slowly release your hands and lift them up into the air and you can stretch a little and feel the air around your hands turn a bit to the left and to the right to feel your spine and then reach out into the air and take one precious quality for today and pull it downwards into your energy field thanks a lot for joining this meditation you
