Reconnect to intuition.

To begin,

Take a couple of deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Slow and steady.

Our intuition is an everyday part of who we are.

It is often guiding and informing us in hidden ways.

In our current society,

Intuition is an emerging awareness,

And yet it is not something that most of us were educated to understand,

Acknowledge,

Or identify.

Many of us have strong intuition,

And it's something that we live and work with every day.

There are times in our life where we will step away from that connection,

So today we are going to reconnect to our intuition,

Allowing our intuition to become a part of our guiding force each day.

Allowing the intuition of our body to tell us where and when we might wish to go.

Allowing our body to tell us how we feel about a certain person,

Place,

Or opportunity,

And paying attention to how our body responds.

Allowing our intuitive mind to guide us on a daily basis.

Allowing ourselves to use our intuition to tap into universal wisdom,

Universal help,

Universal healing when necessary.

Your intuition was strong in you when you were young.

It may be even stronger now,

But perhaps circumstances have diverted you away from your intuition for a moment,

So let's just take a second to ask your intuition,

What would you like to do next after this meditation?

What does your intuition tell you you wish to do next?

If you are not someone who receives words as the form of your intuition,

You may feel it in your body.

By placing your attention on your body,

You might notice your body wants to move,

Wants to dance,

Wants to sway,

Or perhaps your body is telling you it wants to be still,

It wants to rest,

And your mind is fighting your body's desire.

Part of the gift of reconnecting to intuition is reconnecting to awareness.

In order to be in our intuition,

We have to go beyond our everyday habitual patterns,

Our everyday habitual thoughts,

And move our awareness into a greater place of focus and of opening.

That is where intuition resides.

This is why it can be easy to hear or feel our intuition when we quiet down for a couple of minutes.

So,

As you finish listening to this recording,

I invite you to sit for a minute or two and see if you receive any message from your intuition as to what you would like to do or experience next.

You may receive words as the message,

Or you may just sit with your body and become aware of how it is feeling and what it is needing,

And by giving it focused awareness,

Our intuition can increase its presence in our daily life.
