Dearest Lee this is a very important message to me as my past was not always easy and overwhelming for a child But to create space by releasing sounds such an opportunity for my wellbeing Now I have a wonderful life a loving surrounding But still it feels quite a lot to carry Not easy to let people walk their way and to let them go, out of my life even it is obvious they don't make me feel well While practicing with you since a while different people show up That makes me feel so grateful to experiencing changes more and more Thank you for being such a wonderful vessel for me Love Bettina
