Good morning,
And welcome to this guided meditation that helps you start the day energized and refreshed.
The intention of this meditation is for us to start the day together with new,
Crisp,
Vibrant energy.
It allows you to tap into life's infinite supply of energy,
For it is always surrounding you,
Present and available,
There to support you,
Provide for you,
And replenish you when you need it.
Let's start by finding a comfortable position to be in for a while.
It doesn't matter if you are sitting or lying down,
Maybe you are still in bed,
Just make sure that both of your feet are firmly positioned on the ground or your mattress,
And the palms of your hands are faced upwards to the sky.
This allows you to ground yourself and at the same time be open to receive.
Allow yourself some time to settle in.
Maybe you slept well last night and feel pretty rested and energized already,
And want to bathe in that luxurious feeling just a bit longer before you start your day.
Or maybe you didn't sleep so well,
Feel tired,
Unmotivated or depleted,
And would love to stay in bed a little longer.
Don't worry,
We will find a way to get you fresh new energy to get the day started and get back into flow.
It is time to recharge.
Energy starts with the breath.
The breath brings us to life every single second of the day.
It energizes us,
Vitalizes us.
So let's take a few deep nourishing breaths.
Inhale and exhale as deep as you can.
Inhale and exhale.
Inhale and exhale.
Keep breathing at your own natural pace.
Inhale and exhale.
Inhale and exhale.
You are breathing energy.
Know that you are always bathing in an ocean of air,
Filled with one of life's main nutrients,
Oxygen.
With every breath,
This delicious nutrient finds its way into your body,
Energizing you,
Instinctively,
Effortlessly,
Naturally.
Your body knows what to do.
It absorbs oxygen into the bloodstream and sends it to all the cells in your body,
Fueling them,
Energizing them,
And in return it releases what is no longer needed.
See if you can visualize this wonder of nature,
Your body extracting oxygen from the air around you,
Transforming it into energy,
Over and over again.
Allow it to fuel you.
Allow it to charge you.
Allow it to energize you.
Let's take another deep and energizing breath together.
Inhale and exhale.
Inhale and exhale.
Energy.
Energy is all around you,
All the time.
Everything that exists in the world consists of energy.
If you look closely enough,
It is all energy.
Every molecule,
Every particle,
Is in its essence energy moving through space.
Visualize yourself being surrounded by a field of pure energy.
See if you can pick up on feeling some of that energy that surrounds you.
You can feel it through the air that touches your skin,
For instance,
Or through the sounds you hear making tiny vibrations against your eardrums,
Through the smells and tastes dancing on your taste buds,
Or the pull of gravity keeping you grounded and providing balance.
All of it is energy,
Inviting you to interact,
Asking you to dance or play.
You are energy,
Your heart beating,
Your blood flowing,
Your food digesting,
Your brain thinking,
Your body moving.
All of it is energy.
You are pure energy.
Take a couple of minutes to feel the energy all around you and inside of you.
Energy is not limited,
It is infinite,
For it is everything.
No need to save it,
Protect it,
Play with it,
Welcome it,
Give it freely,
As there is always more to regain.
Take a moment to think about something that is going to happen today that you look forward to.
Maybe somebody you are going to meet,
Maybe something you are going to do,
Or maybe somewhere you are about to go,
Or maybe it is hard for you to think of something to look forward to.
Maybe all you can think about is just having a cup of coffee or tea,
Or even just getting back into bed once this day is finally over again.
It is okay too.
Whatever it is that you look forward to,
Big or small,
Visualize yourself doing it with a feeling of joy and satisfaction.
Try to imagine it.
Visualize the experience.
What kind of sensations do you feel in your body?
What kind of emotions do you feel?
Perhaps you feel joy,
Happiness,
Excitement,
Curiosity,
Satisfaction,
Or relief.
Feel what it feels like to do what you look forward to.
Anticipate it.
Take some time to connect to this experience.
Imagine feeling what it would feel like to do it.
Feel the energy being manifested.
Perhaps your thoughts get pulled towards something that you don't look forward to,
Or that you dread or even fear.
If that happens,
Don't fight it.
Allow yourself to face it,
And see if you can look through it,
All the way through the other side of it.
How would you feel once this experience is over?
What would it feel like knowing that what you dread is behind you?
Do you feel relieved,
At peace,
Proud?
Feel how every breath fills you with energy,
Intentionally invited to nourish your body.
Sending energy towards every cell,
Every fiber,
To even the most remote part of your body.
Feel how it recharges you,
Energizes you.
Feel the space around you,
Feeding you energy with every move,
Giving you gentle,
Playful vibrations to stimulate you,
Move you,
Providing you energy.
Allow it to recharge you,
Instinctively,
Effortlessly.
Take another deep and energizing breath while you let your inner voice say to yourself,
I have plenty of energy for the day ahead.
It is now time to transition out of this meditation back to a more active state of consciousness.
You can start by making a few small movements.
Wiggle your fingers and toes a bit.
You can open and close your eyes a few times.
When you are ready to get back into energy,
Gently come out of this meditation while you remember your presence and energy within.
