Welcome to this guided meditation titled Confidence Manifest A Guided Journey to Self-Empowerment This meditation is inspired by Napoleon Hill's self-confidence formula from his book Think and Grow Rich So begin by finding a comfortable and quiet place Sit or lie down in a relaxed position and take a deep breath in and release the breath Take another deep breath and release it and you can close your eyes and as you breathe Bring your attention to the present moment Feel the sensation of your breath as you inhale and exhale and allow any tension in your body to release with each breath and now you can repeat the following affirmation either silently or aloud I acknowledge the immense power within me I have the ability to achieve my goals and fulfill my purpose I commit to persistent and continuous action toward my definite purpose in life and now envision yourself in the future having already achieved your goals Picture the person you aspire to become See the details of this successful and confident version of yourself and imagine the positive impact you have on your life and on the lives of others Spend the next few minutes concentrating your thoughts on this mental image Visualize the path you take the actions you consistently perform and the success that follows Allow this clear mental picture to become etched in your mind and now repeat the following auto-suggestion I am confident,
