Welcome to day 7 of your 7 day meditation experience.

Today,

Let's bring everything together,

Breath,

Body,

Thoughts and heart.

Find your comfortable position,

You know the drill now.

The one that's right for you today.

Notice what's right for you today.

Everything you notice is a little message of love to yourself.

When you found that position,

Still your body.

Take a deep inhale and exhale fully.

And when you feel ready,

Gently close your eyes or a soft gaze downward.

Allowing your breath to settle into its natural rhythm,

We're going to start with the breath,

Your steady anchor.

Just noticing it for a few cycles.

How do you know you're breathing?

Isn't it amazing that this is happening all day and all night?

Every day of our lives.

I'm right here.

Now expand your awareness to the body,

The whole body.

From head to toe.

Sensing your whole form alive and supported.

Meander your focus from the crown of your head all the way down to the tips of your toes.

Sensing your aliveness as you go.

I'm right here.

Now I invite you to imagine yourself entering into a garden.

It might be long grass,

Short grass.

No grass.

I invite you to find a place to lie down.

Find the right place.

That perfect place.

When you found it.

Lay down.

And surrender to the supports of the earth beneath you.

Holding you unconditionally.

Come what may.

And settle into this place of safety.

Shifting your attention to the mind.

Looking up at the sky.

A blue,

Blue sky above you.

And notice your thoughts passing like clouds.

Passing.

And another one.

Passing.

And just note.

Thinking.

Thinking.

Thinking.

Thinking.

The spacious,

Open,

Blue sky above.

Unwavering as each cloud,

Each thought passes on by.

See how many thoughts.

See how many clouds you can watch passing by.

As you lie in the grass.

Supported by the earth.

I'm right here.

I invite you to bring a hand to your heart.

And whisper a kind wish.

May I be well.

May I be at ease.

Or whatever kind wish you'd like for yourself.

Let the words settle into your soul,

Into your body.

As you lie there,

Supported by the earth.

With your hand on your heart.

Watching the clouds go by.

All is well.

I'm right here.

Allow all of these breath,

Body,

Thoughts,

Heart.

To come together.

To come together in this home of presence.

This present moment.

In this present body.

Nothing to fix.

Nothing to chase.

Nothing to do.

Just being here.

Take three deep breaths.

Inhaling.

Exhaling.

And again.

Inhale.

And exhale.

And once more.

As we close this seven day journey,

Remember that meditation is your practice,

Your way.

You now have a toolkit.

Use it with curiosity and kindness.

Whenever it feels right for you.

Start to bring some movement back into your body.

Twist,

Turn,

Flex,

Extend,

Yawn.

And this completes your seven day meditation experience.

And if you'd like to go deeper,

There's a bonus extended session waiting for you.

See you soon.
