Begin by finding a comfortable seat or lying down.
Allow your eyes to gently close and let your body begin to settle.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in through the nose and gently exhale through the mouth.

Inhale deeply and exhale slowly.
With each breath,
Feel yourself arriving here in this moment.
Now bring your attention to the base of your spine,
The space where your body connects with the earth.
Visualize a deep red light glowing here,
Warm,
Steady,
And strong.
With every breath,
See this light growing brighter,
Spreading gently through your hips,
Your legs,
Your feet.
You are grounded,
You are safe,
You are supported.
With your next inhale,
Imagine drawing energy up from the earth.
And as you exhale,
Feel yourself releasing any tension,
Any stress,
Any fear.
Inhale,
Grounding energy rises.
Exhale,
Stress and worry melt away.
Imagine roots growing down from your body,
Deep into the earth.
These roots connect you to something ancient,
Something steady,
Something unshakable.
With each breath,
Feel yourself anchoring deeper.
You are not alone.
You are supported.
You are connected.
If your mind starts to wander,
Gently come back to the red glow at the base of your spine.
Feel it pulsing,
Steady and strong.
