Good morning,
This is Lily from Crystal Chakra Yogi and I'm excited to get the day started with you with a morning meditation.
You can start lying down or sitting up in a comfortable seat.
Wherever you've decided to be,
Start to shift into this position.
How can you become 10% more comfortable than you already are?
Can you soften the shoulders away from the ears?
Can you let the belly hang out,
Let the chest shine forward?
And then starting to tap into the breath,
Noticing where the air travels as you pull it in.
Is it landing in the chest or the belly?
How does the air feel as it exits your nostrils?
Is it warm or cool?
Finally starting to deepen the breath,
Taking air all the way into the bottom of the lungs,
Expelling it all out as you exhale.
I will guide us through a short breath work practice where we will breathe in for five,
Breathe out for five,
And hold for five.
Let's take a cleansing breath before we begin.
Inhale,
Fill all the way up.
Exhale,
Sigh it out.

Completing three more rounds on your own.
And after completing your third round,
Drop the breath work practice,
But continue to breathe deeply.
On your next fill,
Invite a white light in through the crown of the head.
With each breath you take,
Allow this white light to slowly expand from the top of the head all the way down to the toes,
Covering every crevice of your body along the way,
Removing any obstacles that prevent you from creating the day that you desire.
Gently starting to bring this energy back into the center of the chest,
Placing a hand on the heart.
Come to an intention for your day here.
Let's bring our intentions into fruition with a cleansing breath.
Inhale,
Fill all the way up your deepest breath today.
Exhale,
Let it all go.
Sigh it out.
Slowly start to bring some movement into the fingers and the toes.
When you're ready,
You can flutter your eyes open.
