Allow your eyes to comfortably close.
Breathe out in a long sigh down through the full length of your body.
Allowing your body to soften and release what it's brought with it here and no longer needs to carry.
Notice the support beneath you is steady.
Sit back onto the steadiness.
Let the whole of you sit back.
Breathe down to the steadiness.
Breathe up from the steadiness.
Let it steady you.
As you do so,
Allow your breath to begin to slow and lengthen in its own way,
Its own time.
Become aware of the sensation as air enters and leaves your nostrils.
Notice the air is cool as it enters,
Warm as it leaves.
Notice the movements your body makes as you breathe.
As you do so,
Allow your breath to slow and lengthen some more.
Let yourself know that it's completely okay to be how you are right now.
Notice any places of holding within you without judging them or trying to fix anything.
Breathe into these places and allow them to soften and release as you breathe out.
Notice any sensations or feelings without judging them.
Breathe into these sensations or feelings and allow them to soften and release as you breathe out.
Let yourself know that you're doing okay.
You're doing well.
In your own time,
Become aware of any holdings in your mind without judging them.
Breathe into these holdings and allow them to soften and release as you breathe out.
Come down into the weight of your body being supported.
As you do so,
Let your attitude towards yourself become kinder,
Warmer.
And say the affirmations,
All is well.
And all manner of things shall be well.
In your own time,
Become aware of the sensation as air enters and leaves on your breath.
Notice the movements of your body as you breathe.
And the support directly beneath it.
When you are ready,
You can draw this meditation to a close.
