Intentions for this new day is a short meditation before everything begins which is all about say it and see it and declare what you really want to happen before stepping out of bed. Includes grounding your energy body and putting yourself in a golden bubble of light even your inner child is welcomed to create work and play harmony.

Welcome to this guided meditation called before you get out of bed.

It's time to connect to this moment with new intentions which is all about say it and see it.

Declare what you really want to happen to make it better.

Before you get out of bed on this new day have that first moment this sacred space ready as you lay there.

Breathe in to start the day right and the body ready too.

Time to stretch and awaken muscle memory and listen also to which parts need loosening up more.

Have half a minute now please.

Next while still in bed is the energy of you grounded before the day really begins.

Plus protection is a nurturing quality looking after yourself so you can look after everything else.

As you lay there send your grounding energy roots from the soles of both the feet down all the way down to the center of mother earth.

Imagine and feel the energy roots grow long and anchor your whole energy body to the center of earth.

Breathe deep into I am grounded for this new day for me.

Then imagine putting yourself your entire aura inside a golden bubble of light.

Visualize how wonderful it looks starting the day right and starting on a higher vibration.

Connect the breath to golden light.

Breathe that first breath of golden energy light.

Make this glorious golden bubble powerfully big.

Connect your life force feel golden with breaths in and out.

Feel that shine like a beautiful bright Sun your aura and then intend it to be fully protected as well.

That the outer as a hard shield.

Remember we live in the physical world so this hard shield on the outside is to bounce off any negative situations keeping you clean and shining today.

And lift your vibration again as you think of things you are grateful for such as family friends health wealth and home.

So of half a minute let things pop in your head that the heart wishes to sing about now.

A nice deep breath in let's include now welcoming in your inner child of joy and play.

Connect to your heart center and say I welcome my inner child of joy today.

Remember a lot of what happened you enjoy are still with you bringing in the balance of work and play.

And it's time to envision a perfect day for you.

All you have to do is say it and see it and let the heart sing to it.

This is about a detail where you will be and what is expected and what needs improving.

Have that one minute as you start to visualize with your intentions how much better that day can be.

Do it now please one magic minute.

And finally when you step out of bed once you are up connect to body confidence.

Stretch into more height.

Hold your head up as you walk through this day.

Keep it strong and tall and have a great rewarding new day.
