And simply imagine one glorious fully grown tree that's simply been around for a thousand years.

Imagine standing next to that tree with one hand touching the trunk.
Feel a warmth with a rock solid foundation.
And allow your body to feel an incredible bond to it,
Of being strong and balanced.
Then gaze at your feet flat to the floor around the roots of this tree.
And copy by sending your human roots all the way into the earth,
Beautiful and natural,
Like the tree itself,
Anchoring your belonging here.
And the arms and shoulders are open wide,
Creating height and true balance,
Just like this tree.
And lastly the head itself,
The very crown,
Sitting serene and elegant at the top of all of you.
Feel a bond between the majestic tree and yourself.
Connect to the stillness and connect to the flexibility.
As you in a way continue to grow,
Blossom,
Open and belong with your own identity,
This is me,
And I shall be,
For time will manifest all my heart's desires.
