Dear one, A meditation to energise and revive your third eye to connect with your higher self and innermost wisdom, to awaken your creativity, intuition and reach higher levels of awareness. To support your meditation you can put some essential oils like frankincense, lavender, or jasmine on your forehead or your collar. If you like to meditate while lying down, you can place a crystal on your 3rd eye. May this meditation benefit you on your way. Namaste

Transcript

To get ready for your meditation find a comfortable seated position.

You can sit cross-legged in Siddhasana or Lotus if you like,

On a cushion or you're mad.

You can sit on a chair if needed or in any other comfortable position.

You can also lie down but be careful not to fall asleep.

Once you found your position straighten your spine and close your eyes.

Take a few deep breaths in and out through your nose to quiet your mind and to relax your body.

Allow your belly and chest to expand with every inhalation as you breathe in fully and to sink down with every exhalation as you breathe out all the air.

Allow your body and mind to become quiet and peaceful with every breath.

Keep breathing while the chattering of your mind fades away.

Become aware of your body sitting in meditation.

Just feel yourself sitting there for a while.

Become aware of your physical body and then become aware of your subtle energy body being contained inside your physical body.

Visualize your energy body with its nadis and chakras sparkling with prana,

Chi inside your physical body.

Now,

Start observing Chidakasa,

The space behind your forehead.

Just observe this endless dark space and everything arising in it,

Colors,

Shapes and symbols.

Just observe without analyzing,

Judging or identifying with what you see.

Start filling the space behind your forehead with a vibrant indigo color,

A deep blue with a hint of violet.

Keep visualizing this infinite indigo colored space behind your forehead.

Observe it with full awareness and if other colors or shapes arise,

Let them come and simply go again.

Now,

Become aware of the position of your third eye,

Your pineal gland in the center of your brain.

Watch it being ready to expand outward into that indigo colored space behind your forehead.

You can see your third eye,

Your pineal gland radiating with pure golden white light.

Start poaching your third eye,

A gateway that leads within.

Watch it pulsate and sparkle with golden white light.

Leave your third eye for a moment and start visualizing Sushumna Nadi,

Your main energy channel located in your subtle energy body along the spine.

Reaching like a cube from your root chakra all the way up to your crown chakra and on its way passing through your third eye.

Visualize Sushumna Nadi as it runs through your subtle energy body.

Then visualize Ida and Pingala located on either side of Sushumna Nadi.

Ida leaves your root chakra on the left side,

Pingala on the right,

Both gently touching each other at each chakra.

Visualize Ida running through your left nostril before touching your third eye,

Your Ajna chakra.

From there it moves on to your right brain hemisphere and then to your crown chakra.

Pingala reaches your third eye through the right nostril before moving on to the left hemisphere of your brain and the crown of your head.

Visualize all three Nadis running through your subtle energy body and meeting each other at your third eye.

Start practicing mental Nadi Shodhana,

Mental alternate nostril breathing to balance your Nadis and your brain hemispheres.

See,

Breathe in through your left nostril and then out through your right.

Then breathe in through the right nostril and exhale through the left and so on.

Start doing this mentally for a while in your own rhythm.

Feel your breath running through your nostrils while practicing Nadi Shodhana.

With every breath visualize a silver white stream of prana,

Life energy running through your nostrils before touching the location of your third eye behind your forehead.

Keep practicing mental Nadi Shodhana,

Mental alternate nostril breathing.

Nadi Shodhana.

Deep breathing.

Start practicing mental Nadi Shodhana.

The next time you breathe out through your left nostril,

Stop practicing mental Nadi Shodhana.

Become aware of your brain hemispheres being relaxed and balanced after your pranayama practice.

Feel the prana now running equally through your Nadis.

Keep watching the prana running through your Nadis,

Reaching your third eye and creating a spiral of silver light around your pineal plant.

Remove the prana embracing and nourishing your third eye.

To support this process,

Start breathing directly through your third eye.

Visualize yourself inhaling the energy of the universe directly through your forehead and into your third eye.

Visualize the silver white stream of universal prana nourishing your third eye with every inhalation and with your exhalation mentally chant the mantra,

Oum.

Watch the waves of the sacred sound emerging from your third eye floating in circles into the universe and into infinity.

Stay with your awareness at your third eye.

Keep watching your third eye as it starts pulsating,

Gentle first but then stronger and stronger and finally bursting free from everything preventing it to shine and see.

Visualize that gateway that leads within opening up,

The light radiating from it illuminating everything that was hidden to you before.

Observe as the golden white light of your all-seeing eye intensifies and expands deeper and deeper into that indigo colored space behind your forehead illuminating everything around it.

Watch your third eye grow and move further into that indigo colored space behind your forehead.

Watch it as it takes more space with every moment.

Maybe you can feel a tingling warm sensation or a soft tapping around your forehead.

Just observe with equanimity.

As your third eye vibrates with energy you can feel your connection with everything around you as all of this is you.

Feel the connection between you and everything else in this world and universe as you truly understand who you are.

You are not a separate entity.

All is part of you and you are part of everything.

You are connected to the universal source of life.

Feel the increased level of consciousness,

Creativity,

Intuition and your innermost wisdom now being accessible to you and vibrating inside you.

Feel the connection to your higher self and the clear sense of purpose of life that comes with activating your third eye.

Bathe in this feeling of risen awareness.

THAT'S THE STONE!

Feel free to stay in your meditation a little longer if you like or slowly blink your eyes open.
