This is a short guided meditation to help you release your worries or anxiety. Take a short journey over a calm lake and drop your worries into the deep water and let the water wash them away. Only 4 and a bit minutes long, it is intended to use at the moment. Use it as often as you like to help cope with worries or stresses of the moment. This is meant to be a medication for anxiety, but a balm for the moment.
