And all you have to do my loves,

But if you are here and you are in a comfortable space and you're ready to do this,
Just come into a seated position where you're cross-legged in the lotus position or just beautifully lying down in savasana,
Whatever that feels good for your body,
Do that right now.
I'm just going to ask you all to slowly close your eyes,
Just bringing awareness to the way you close your eyes,
Even allowing your eyelids to be felt,
Sending gratitude to your eyes.
And whatever noise that's in the background,
We're just going to let it melt away into the frequency of these crystalline tones.
Begin to smile at your eyes.
I want you to really feel the smile coming through,
It's almost like a beautiful sunlight beaming a smile into your eyes,
Keeping your eyes closed.
Let that inner smile light up your eyes.
Let that roll down slowly to your lips,
All the way down to your throat now,
Smiling,
Rolling down now to your heart,
Giving that heart a beautiful inner smile.
Rolling all the way down to the solar plexus,
Giving that inner smile.
As you slowly roll down,
Just acknowledge all the organs in your body.
Even if you don't know where exactly they are,
Just give them a beautiful smile,
Your pancreas,
Your intestines,
Your beautiful navel,
Going below the navel all the way to the tips of your spine,
Into that beautiful space called the ovarian palace,
Where creativity and creation and sexual pleasure resides.
And even so,
Let's acknowledge that it is where the cinnabar throne of the dark goddess who helps us through our renewal process,
Our rebirth,
Our transformation,
Helping us through anything that we need to grieve through,
Anything we need to let go of is right there.
So,
Acknowledging that with a bow and an inner smile.
Let your smile continue to go downwards through your legs,
Every muscle has to kneel,
Down to the tips of your toes,
Into the soles of your feet,
Also known as the eternal river.
Very good.
Just allow your mind to lose itself in these crystalline tones that you're hearing in the background.
If you hear any noise,
Just let that drown out,
Completely losing yourself in this beautiful frequency,
Submerging and merging.
Begin to feel your third eye pulsating,
Activating in between your brows.
Feeling that space,
Just allow your mind to fall all the way down into nothingness.
Opening your inner eye to a space,
A space where you're surrounded by majestic mountains,
A space where you can see and feel nature all around you.
And you're here seated on beautiful verdant grass.
And right above you,
You can see emerald leaves on ancient wild trees.
Deeply inhale into your belly,
Go as low as below your navel even,
Activating that seat of your unconscious.
Cellular memories and all the past lives that you need to know right now will be revealed to you when you're ready,
Always only ever when you're ready.
So set the intention to listen,
Not just with your ears,
But with your entire body.
Feel the breeze on your skin.
Listen to the minerals,
Listen to the birds,
Feeling it all heightened awareness.
Just a few inches below you now,
Opening up is a golden pool of light.
Focus your inner eye on this pool of light now as your back opens up to receive the universe.
Let the universe stream right through you from the back,
All the way,
Feeling the universe as you.
Let the light emanate through your solar plexus,
Your heart,
Your throat,
And the front of your brain emanating out through the front,
Getting the light all across the planes,
The fields,
The mountains,
The trees.
Deeply seated where you are,
Just feel tendrils of energy slowly reaching into that golden pool of light from you,
Reaching out from beneath you like roots growing,
Reaching and reaching deeper into the pool of light,
Catching hold on something that you saw in the pool of light,
Rooting,
Anchoring,
Seated,
Grounded.
And when you do,
You begin to feel just a few inches above the crown of your head,
Something begins to open up.
Let the light stream through,
Feel yourself coming into alignment between your destiny below and your sole purpose above.
Let that one guiding star shine the light down,
Pouring down through the crown of your head,
Right down this central line,
This central channel that runs down your body.
Let it pour through you,
Opening,
Open up this channel.
Begin to see your surroundings receding,
Begin to become this light.
You are that light floating in the cosmos,
Surrounded by trillions and trillions of stars.
Form this,
Just let yourself float.
Become that light.
See that threshold beyond you,
The portal that is opening up.
Move towards that portal.
Enter without fear,
Enter with certainty.
Enter knowing that you are that light,
You are divine.
Feel the thickness gathering all around you.
That thickness is your mind,
Finding and following you,
This divine light,
This divine soul.
Feel the embrace of a divine being holding you now,
A goddess coming to light from your heart space.
Breathe in,
Deep into the lower lobes of your heart and exhaling out from your heart.
Let the goddess of light hold you through the portal.
Listen,
If she speaks,
Listen.
Flooding your entire central channel now with light,
Let the light flourish.
Open the channel wider.
Let the frequency of your heart become one with this central channel.
Let this channel become the space of your heart.
Begin to feel any parts of your body that may hold some tension or sadness or anything that feels like a constriction.
See it,
Fold your angelic divine wings around it and shine your light on it.
Feel it up with your light,
For you are now the goddess of light.
Feel it up,
Shine your light into that space that needs more of your light,
More of your love,
More of your trust and compassion.
And now just allow yourself to come back into that portal that you're moving through.
Perceive your multidimensionality now as though you're viewing from the top of your head.
Seeing that you can jump timelines,
Seeing that all is incredibly limitless and what needs to be seen is here to be healed.
Breathe into your solar plexus,
Exhaling out through the other end of your body into Mother Earth.
Let Mother Earth hold you.
Remember your roots are deeply,
Deeply entrenched in her inner body,
Her heart,
Her beating heart.
Feel entirely whole in this moment,
Entirely healed.
Feel this knowing that is percolating now from deep within,
Below your navel.
This knowing that no matter what,
Everything is happening in my favour.
So allow that change,
Allow that uprising,
Allow yourself to begin to grasp the luminous threads of your soul purpose now.
Let yourself nurture the feeling of wholeness in your solar plexus,
Opening up the space between your heart space and your solar plexus even more now,
Just allow yourself to receive this healing energy.
Let it shine right in.

Keep breathing with consciousness.

Just a few inches above the crown of your head,
That single star is falling like waterfall,
The light is falling all the way down through the crown,
Activating your third eye and coming all the way down into the centre of your heart.
Bursting into flames,
The bonfire of love,
Activating and livening its spirit,
Bringing you to life.
This body coming back into form.
Tip your chin down,
Activating the back of your neck and the primitive brain.
See your neck glowing.
Slow down in a bit even further just to feel the back of your heart chakra glowing,
Emanating light and slowly breathe in from beneath you,
Holding the breath in your belly,
Let it expand the seat of your soul and slowly exhaling up,
One vertebrae at a time rising back up,
Strong in the spine,
Soft in the body,
Rising and rising and rising and rising and rising.
All the way up,
Deep inhale from Mother Earth into the belly,
Both creation to creation,
Kreatrix to kreatrix,
Exhaling out through your crown and your third eye.
Feel the fountain of light just showering down all over you now.
You are the gateway,
You are the portal,
You are ready my love.
Now slowly gathering,
Embodying,
Anchoring in,
Placing your left hand on your right knee,
Turn your head to look over the left side of your shoulder,
Again strong in the spine,
Soft in the body,
Deep inhale from the crown,
Down the central channel,
Hold your breath in your belly and exhaling out through your legs and your feet,
Right hand on your left knee,

Look over the right shoulder,
Inhale from beneath you into the belly,
Exhaling out through the central channel,
Out through the crown,
Rolling your wrists out,
Fluidly moving from left to right,

Just have fun,
Shoulder blades rolling them,
Squeezing the back of your heart,
Rolling your neck,
Let yourself be fluid like the wind blowing the tall grass,
Like the river flowing downstream,
Slowly coming back to stillness,
Rubbing your palms together,
Rubbing and rubbing and rubbing and rubbing and placing them over your eyes,
Exhaling,
Inhale through your belly,
Holding your breath in your belly,
Don't exhale just yet,
Inhale one more time into your solar plexus,
Hold it,
Inhale one more time into the heart,
Inhale one more time bigger than the body,
Exhaling out,
See your light spreading out in all directions,
Front and back and left and right,
Out through the crown,
Down into earth,
As above so below,

You can do that one more time just to embody and ground and anchor in the new vibrational frequency that we have just collectively activated and when you open my love your eyes,
