Hey there,
My name is Lisa,
And this is a simple,
Intention-setting meditation for your morning or when you may not feel like meditating.
This is also meditation that I could say is great for beginners if you're just diving on into your meditation journey and trying to find an easeful lull with your meditation.
So,
With that,
Come into a comfortable position,
Whatever that is for you,
Whether that be seated,
Lying on down,
Taking a nice big,
Deep inhale into your body,
And exhale,
Sigh out,
Let go,
Breathing naturally,
And we're going to try and inhale,
Hold,
Exhale,
Hold,
Pranayama breathing.
So take a nice big,
Deep inhale into the body for 1,
2,
3,
4,
Hold,
2,
3,
4,
Exhale,
2,
3,
4,
5,
6,
Take a nice big,
Deep inhale,
Exhale,
Sigh out.
Breathing in,
I breathe in peace,
Exhale,
Releasing all that doesn't serve you.
Inhale,
Breathing in peace,
Exhale,
Breathing out the outside world.
I want you to go ahead and tune into your feelings at this present moment,
Asking yourself,
What do I need at this present moment,
What do I need,
Or maybe my day,
My night,
But what is calling,
What is calling to me at this present moment?
And going based off your needs,
Whatever it is,
I invite you to take a big,
Deep inhale into the body,
Into any space of tension,
Holding,
Exhale,
Sigh out,
Letting the rest of the world go.
And let's just take a moment here to simply observe your thoughts.
Allow them to pass by like clouds in the sky,
Or waves washing over the shore.
And from this beautiful space,
I invite you to set an intention for yourself,
Whatever that is for you at this moment,
Maybe based on how you feel,
What your needs are,
And the energy of your thoughts.
And with that intention set,
Take a nice,
Big,
Deep inhale into your body,
Exhale,
Sigh out,
Let everything else go,
And allow yourself to be in alignment with whatever you've cultivated within yourself,
Within your mind and body,
Slowly taking your time connecting with the world around you.
And I thank you so much for meditating with me,
My friend.
I hope that this meditation has served you,
And I look forward to practicing with you next time.
Bye for now.
