This is a fear release meditation for expecting mothers,
But also if you're a mother,
If you're a parent,
I welcome you.
This will help you as well.
Spending a time when it can be very easy to be so scared and so overwhelmed,
Especially being a parent and thinking of your baby.
It is lovely that you have come and joined me for this meditation to simply reset,
Reground and tune on into the power that you have,
Which is the love of your baby.
The simple love of your baby is such a beautiful tool and superpower that you have.
So in this meditation,
We'll be tuning our energy back to that power we have,
That love,
And releasing any fears,
Any worries,
Any anxieties.
So go ahead and I invite you to sit or lie down,
Super comfortable and get as cozy as you want,
Especially for expecting mothers use pillows,
Anything that brings you such comfort.
If you fall asleep,
You fall asleep and that's okay.
So go ahead,
Get grounded,
Tune on into the body and tune on into how you're feeling at this exact moment and to the energy which brought you to this meditation.
Take a moment of gratitude for all the energy you have experienced on this journey as a parent thus far.
Take a nice big deep inhale into the belly,
Filling the belly up with air,
Breathing in and sighing it out.
Take a nice big deep inhale into your heart space,
Breathing into the beating of your heart,
Your strong heart.
Inhale and exhale,
Letting it go.
Sighing it out.
Begin to breathe freely,
Naturally,
Connecting with your breath,
Connecting with your heart,
And maybe even connecting with the baby inside of you.
Now right now you are safe and you are protected and you are so loved.
Begin to release tension wherever you feel it by breathing into that tension and exhale really releasing,
Letting it go,
Let it float down to the earth,
Down to whichever surface you are laying or sitting upon.
Let the earth absorb that tension.
Breathing in,
Exhaling out.
Begin to visualize that you are on the surface of water and you are not sinking,
You are floating,
Protected.
Your head far above the surface,
It's as if you are simply being carried,
Floating on the surface of the ocean.
It doesn't matter,
There is no fear to where you are going.
You are allowing the current to just take you.
Feel the sun on your face and see clouds passing by as you let go of thoughts,
To-do lists,
Worries and cares.
And as you float,
Trusting your journey,
Begin to call upon the love you have for your baby.
Feel that love in your heart,
Wherever it manifests physically and emotionally within the body.
Breathe into that love,
Let it surround you,
Let it protect you.
And sigh out any fear,
Any doubt,
Letting the worries and cares float underneath the surface to the bottom of the ocean underneath you.
Continue to breathe on into your love.
And on exhale,
Sigh out any worries,
Cares or fears,
Letting them float to the ocean underneath the surface.
And as the current continues to take you and you are held in the palm of the ocean's hand,
You drift further and further away from your fears,
Tuning on into that energy of love which is shining as bright as the sun above you.
Feeling the strength of your love,
Just like the ocean's surface supporting you.
And as you continue to float on,
Repeat these affirmations to yourself.
I was born to do this.
I was born to do this.
I am the hero of my own life.
I am the hero of my own life.
I am an amazing parent.
I am an amazing parent.
The love for my child is stronger than the fear of the unknown.
The love for my child is stronger than the fear of the unknown.
I was divinely chosen to be a parent and I am good enough.
I was divinely chosen to be a parent and I am good enough.
I am healthy.
I am capable.
I am strong.
I am healthy.
I am capable.
And I am strong.
And you are healthy.
You are capable.
You are strong.
Release any fears to the ocean underneath you as you are carried with all the trust in the world that you are exactly where you are meant to be.
Release and let go.
Take a nice big deep inhale and sigh it out.
May you continue to be blessed.
May you continue to be strong.
And may you continue to be a fearless parent.
Good luck and Namaste.
