Hello,
My name is Lisa,
And this is a meditation for honoring silence.
This is a meditation for those glorious 10 minutes of silence when your mind is fried and going at a thousand miles a minute.
So with that,
Let's go ahead and ground on down,
Tuning on in,
Either finding a comfortable seated position or lying on down.
Take a nice big deep inhale into the body.
Exhale,
Sigh out,
Release the day,
Any thoughts that don't serve you,
Any stress.
Breathing in,
Exhale,
Releasing all tension.
Last big deep breath in,
And exhale.
Allow yourself to simply breathe in,
Sighing out naturally,
Letting go.
Release all and anything that truly does not serve you.
Starting to breathe in,
Breathe out,
Notice the sound of your breath.
Is it like an ocean wave?
Is it soft like the wind?
Begin to notice now the sounds of the outside world.
Any and all sounds without attaching,
Just listen to the sound as if you are listening or hearing this sound for the first time.
If any thoughts come up attaching to the sound,
Just let the thoughts go with the sound.
Breathe in,
Exhale,
Sigh it out.
And then go ahead and tune on inward into yourself,
Noticing the thoughts,
The feelings,
The sensations within the body without attachment.
You're enough just as you are here observing.
And with this graceful observation,
Give yourself the gift of ten minutes of silence.

You you you you take a nice big deep inhale and exhale noticing how you feel keeping this calm peaceful stillness within you recognizing that you are not your thoughts you are not the noise within you or around you you are the keeper of your own peace and grace and when you are absolutely ready gently float the eyes open and begin the rest of your day your evening or your night thank you so much for meditating with me namaste
