Notice your body relax as you breathe out.
Notice your sense of contentment grow as you breathe in.
Let me take you outside on a midsummer's night,
A walk amongst fields and trees.
The air is still warm from the heat of the day and you notice a welcome cool breeze as the sky gradually darkens.
Above you,
A large golden white moon shines a gentle light on the path.
The darkness hides obstacles and hazards,
But tonight you can see clearly this night is holding you safe.
As you gaze across the landscape,
Which is illuminated with a silvery hue,
You feel as though you are breathing in the freedom of a night that has been revealed.
A question rises within and you ask yourself,
What lessons are being revealed to me in my life?
If you have been experiencing challenges and confusion,
The time has come for you to be kind to yourself.
Rather than fight these challenges or do battle,
Allow yourself to witness them without judgment.
You are a resilient soul and whatever the challenges,
You know they have a gift to share.
What is that gift?
What might you learn?
How might you grow from the difficulties in your life?
You are deeply rooted to the connected energy of life and you know that you can face these challenges and take heart from the lessons that are there to be seen.
Take another breath and ask yourself the question.
