Through a series of gentle visualizations, you'll discover an easy and intuitive way to reconnect with your self-esteem. Each day Liz will take you outdoors for a short walk and then return inside to guide you through a visualization that has been inspired by the wisdom of nature. You'll see the wisdom in slowing down, in knowing how to take the next step, and in listening to your intuitive wisdom.


Meet your Teacher

Liz Scott is a wellbeing coach and trainer with particular expertise in helping people listen to their intuitive wisdom. Liz spent over two decades trying to build her self-confidence and achieve purpose and success. She invested heavily in courses, books, and coaching ... always looking to develop her self-esteem. In 2013 Liz realized that all her hard work had been in vain. Rather than try harder, she instead needed to slow down and listen within. She found that being out in nature was a great catalyst to accessing wisdom and she takes daily walks on the moors to listen in to her intuitive wisdom.

Listening To Loving Presence - The Gorse Bush

Slowing Down- The Muddy Path

When the going gets tough, don't try to walk faster, instead slow down. Today Liz explores how the muddy path is a great reminder of what can happen when life feels difficult. The temptation can be to speed up, to try to navigate the situation more quickly, however the opposite is true. Take time to slow down when the going gets tough.

Lesson 3

Resting In The Power Of Ever-Present Energy - The Changing Seasons

Being human means you have two opposing, yet complimentary aspects at play. Firstly you are part of a natural system of change - yet simultaneously you are part of something ever-present and unchanging. Liz is inspired by the cycle of the seasons on her walk today. In this visualization you will bring your attention to the part of you that is constant whilst also noticing the cyclical and transient nature of being human.

Returning To Source - The Stream

Is your life noisy and fast? Is your life slow and steady? Do you feel like you're going backward? The stream's journey is a lovely metaphor to reflect on. There are times when the waters run at different speeds as it tumbles towards the ocean. In today's visualization, Liz guides you to the source of the stream, to the place of pure potential and creativity.

The mist of thinking can obscure your sense of self-esteem and inner confidence. When the mist of doubt descends it is wise to move slowly, one step at a time. In today's guided visualization you'll see how the mist of unsettled thinking will eventually lift, you don't need to force it to go.

Coming Home To Yourself

You don't find self-esteem by trying harder or going faster ... you discover self-esteem by coming home to yourself. Your path home is one of nourishment and fulfillment, it is where you experience your authentic self. Liz takes you on a visualization through a forest, to show you how to come home to yourself.

This was an absolutely WONDERFUL course. I love nature and I take walks outside nearly every day. The journey with you was safe, beautiful, inspiring, and meaningful. I think it’s brilliant how you blended nature with self esteem concepts. I’m a novice at visualization, but I felt moved in my guided journeys, as I used all my senses and embraced the learning. I almost took the first path coming home, but glad I took the third; far healthier and wiser for me to take, so not to repeat prior incorrect choices that caused loss of self esteem and my light. Grateful to both you and nature in all my learning, being a guide to a more peaceful, joyous, purposeful, and loving life!
